ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help us take our Internal Developer Platform and shared tooling to the next level. We already have solid foundations in place, including Backstage as our IDP, and now we’re focused on building meaningful capabilities on top of it that deliver tangible value to both the business and the engineering organization.
This role combines technical leadership with strong product thinking. We don’t have a dedicated product manager for the platform, so you’ll work closely with engineering managers, technical leads, and engineers across teams, listen to their pain points, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives from idea to production. You’ll lead platform projects end to end: shaping the problem, designing solutions, implementing them, and ensuring they are adopted and maintained.
You’ll collaborate closely with infrastructure, SRE, and product engineers, balancing long-term platform initiatives with iterative improvements. Success in this role means measurable improvements in developer experience, reliability, and delivery speed across the organization.

Own the Talon.One website as a discovery-to-conversion engine. You are responsible for why each page exists, who it serves, and how it performs, ensuring the Talon.One is discoverable by AI engines, compelling to human visitors, and measurable against pipeline outcomes.

You sit within Product Marketing and work at the intersection of Growth, Content, and Design. You partner closely with the Web Product Manager, who owns the platform, while you own performance outcomes across the live site. The reporting line sits within the Product Marketing organization.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Talon.One’s Sales Development organization. This team plays a key role in identifying and understanding potential customers’ needs and helping them enhance their loyalty and promotions strategies, contributing directly to their business growth.
You will gain essential skills in managing a territory, using data intelligence to identify and prioritize target accounts, and creative effective email outreach and making outbound prospect phone calls. Additionally, you will learn how to engage with C-suite prospects, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and showcase the value of Talon.One, and qualify for early-stage deals.
This role is based in Boston, MA, with the expectation of spending 2-3 days per week collaborating with your teammates in-office.

Join our team as a Technical Account Manager at Talon.One, where you'll play a key role in driving the success of our API-first promotion engine for our clients across the growing Americas region. You’ll take ownership of the technical integration process, ensuring our platform fits seamlessly into each client’s ecosystem. As the technical lead for your portfolio, you'll proactively monitor API usage, resolve recurring issues, and manage escalations in close collaboration with our Engineering and Customer Success teams.
You’ll lead onboarding design, manage expectations, and deliver consistent value that boosts retention, growth, and satisfaction. In this strategic role, you’ll also explore new tech partnerships and integration opportunities that expand our ecosystem and unlock more value for our customers.
