The Opportunity
The Pre-Sales Technical Consultant is a senior, business-critical role responsible for shaping and delivering complex, high-value solutions that support LVS’s commercial strategy, strengthen market positioning, and enable long-term growth.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership, the Consultant brings deep technical, market, and operational expertise across the mortgage valuation and property sectors. The role influences buying decisions, defines solution strategy, and ensures LVS delivers differentiated, insight-led outcomes that deepen customer relationships and drive sustainable revenue.
This role extends to owning complex end-to-end pre-sales engagements, aligning customer requirements with LVS’s strategic direction and translating market insight into commercially viable, scalable solutions. The Consultant operates with a high degree of autonomy, judgement, and leadership, contributing to account strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
As a senior practitioner, the Pre-Sales Technical Consultant sets delivery standards, mentors colleagues, and enables cross-functional teams ensuring LVS consistently operates as a relationship-led, value-driven partner to its customers.
The role will involve:
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients at a senior level, developing a deep understanding of their business models, strategic objectives, regulatory environment, and operational challenges
- Leading complex discovery and engagement activities, shaping and defining requirements to inform high-value, insight-led solutions that address immediate needs and longer-term outcomes.
- Owning pre-sales solution design end-to-end, working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to define, shape, and govern complex solutions.
- Providing senior oversight of solution delivery and onboarding to ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and operationally robust, while avoiding hands-on implementation ownership.
- Maintaining expert-level knowledge of the property and mortgage valuation sectors, including lending and surveying operations, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
- Providing senior guidance, mentoring, and enablement to colleagues, raising capability and understanding of business processes and technical solutions.
- Maintaining oversight of technical and delivery-related processes, identifying and mitigating risks that could impact service continuity, customer outcomes, or commercial commitments.
About You
As the Pre-Sales Technical Consultant (LVS), you will bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and strong communication skill, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver high‑quality solutions in a dynamic environment. Your curiosity, analytical mindset, and commitment to customer success will allow you to thrive in this role.
- Experience within the property, mortgage valuation, lending or surveying sectors.
- Proven experience delivering bespoke technical solutions, including requirements capture, delivery support, and training.
- Strong analytical, project management, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and foster strong working relationships internally and externally.
- A customer‑focused, innovative approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
