Being a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Levitate is a very special and important part of our organization. SDRs are our small business clients’ first impression of Levitate and the crucial first point of connection where we identify opportunities to elevate and transform clients’ outreach strategies.
Our SDRs are hungry for success, eager to learn, and heavily supported through hands-on training as they grow into Account Executives (AE) through our accelerated promotion plan. We pride ourselves on preparing our SDRs for promotion to an AE role within a timeframe of 6-9 months–and our AE organization contains a structured, intuitive career path for employees to grow through.

Being a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Levitate means being on the front lines. You’re the first point of contact for small business prospects, introducing them to Levitate and sparking interest in how we can transform their outreach.
We're opening a brand-new office in Tampa, and we're looking for our founding SDRs to help build it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something from day one. As a founding member of the Tampa team, you'll have a front-row seat to how a high-growth SaaS sales org is built, with accelerated visibility into leadership and a fast track to both closing and management roles. We're not just hiring SDRs - we're identifying the future AEs and leaders who will shape this office's culture and success.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where success comes from persistence, curiosity, and the ability to build value quickly. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you master the fundamentals and prepare for growth. Our goal is to move our SDRs to a closing role within 6–9 months, and our closing team offers a clear, structured path to continue advancing your career.

We are looking for a competent, motivated and ambitious Account Executive to join our team. You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion of our customer base.
In the AE role you will be outbound prospecting into Small Medium Businesses (SMBs) across the US. Your goal will be to book appointments for yourself, perform demos, and close your own deals, all while honing the skills needed to close for others in the future. It is a fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be awesome to keep up. Our ideal candidates have a strong desire to succeed, a go-getter/hunter mentality, the mental toughness to handle the grind, and the desire to be coached… aka ask for help!
We offer one of the fastest promotion paths in the industry, with promotion steps and raises in 4 month increments, allowing opportunity for overachievers to quickly advance. Commission is paid monthly on an accelerated basis, where dollars sold past your monthly quota multiply in your payout when you overattain, allowing for multipliers of 3x up to 5x as you continue to overattain.
