At LearnLux, you will build a product that changes lives. Our mission is to empower people to take control of their financial future, whether that means getting out of debt, buying their first home, or preparing for retirement. As a Senior Product Designer & Builder, you'll shape that mission by defining how people experience our platform: the flows they navigate, the decisions they're guided through, and the moments where complexity becomes clarity.
This is not a traditional design role where you wait for product requirements. You're an autonomous IC who owns the entire product lifecycle, from early discovery and research through polished UI, roadmap advocacy, and built-in-code prototypes. You bridge the gap between thinking and doing, using AI as leverage to move from an idea to a validated, shippable solution in record time.
We are an agile product team, and this role is broad by design. You'll own research, design, prototyping, and systems thinking across our product. We'll prioritize together, and you won't be expected to do everything at once, but you should be energized by the range, not daunted by it. We are hiring our first in-house legal team member to support LearnLux’s growth and day-to-day legal needs. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with meaningful ownership. You will lead commercial contracting, support compliance and risk management, and serve as a key legal partner to the business. You’ll work closely with Sales, Client Success, and leadership to ensure contracts and legal decisions move forward efficiently, thoughtfully, and mitigate LearnLux’s risk.
This role requires someone who can operate with strong judgment and autonomy. You will be expected to make recommendations and decisions independently, reducing reliance on external counsel and minimizing the need for escalation to leadership.

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager at LearnLux, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise employer clients, serving as a strategic partner throughout the client lifecycle You will be responsible for everything from onboarding and launch through ongoing engagement, renewal, and expansion.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior HR, Benefits, and People leaders, helping them maximize the value of LearnLux for diverse, often global employee populations. You’ll combine deep relationship management with a commercial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell through demonstrated impact and strong executive partnerships.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product, Marketing, Financial Planning, Sales, and Operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience and to influence how LearnLux serves enterprise customers at scale.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll shape this mission by setting and executing on the architectural direction of our platform as we scale globally as an enterprise-grade SaaS product.
In this role, you’ll tackle complex technical challenges that come with scaling an enterprise platform, including multi-tenancy, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data architecture, and AI infrastructure that is thoughtfully integrated into the core platform. Your contributions will be instrumental in creating a scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally sound backend foundation. You will directly influence architecture, execution, and how the engineering organization operates day to day.
We are a small, agile engineering team, and this role is intentionally hybrid. You’ll spend meaningful time hands-on in the code and infrastructure while also acting as a backend technical leader and cross-functional partner. You’ll connect backend, data, infrastructure, and AI-enabled systems into a coherent architectural vision, mentor other engineers, and raise the bar for technical decision-making as we grow.
