Meet the team:
Latitude’s Triage Operations team is a growing group of experts supporting our vehicle technology and programs. We analyze large datasets from our comprehensive testing program—including on-road testing, closed-course track testing, virtual simulations, and re-simulations of real-world driving logs—to identify, classify, and track vehicle performance issues and improvements. Triage Operations serves as a vital communication hub, connecting Operations, Systems Engineering, Virtual Test, and Autonomy teams to ensure a fully integrated engineering lifecycle. The insights generated directly improve our systems and machine learning algorithms, enabling us to continuously learn from challenging scenarios and enhance vehicle performance.
As part of Triage Operations, Fleet Watch serves as the central command and coordination hub for real-time vehicle monitoring, incident response, and operational continuity across all Nomadic and Global Fleet missions. Fleet Watch enables safe, efficient, and mission-ready execution through proactive oversight, clear communication, and agile coordination.
Afternoon and night shift positions are available. Must be able to work rotating Saturday shifts.
What you’ll do:
- Own the delivery and performance of Fleet Watch operational processes (S.I.G., ticketing standards, escalation paths, incident lifecycle) while driving continuous improvement across tools, playbooks, and coverage models
- Lead complex/high-severity incidents end-to-end, coordinating across multiple internal teams and ensuring operational continuity during time-critical events
- Manage external-facing communication and reporting (mission status, incident summaries, trends, KPIs), ensuring accurate, consistent messaging and executive-ready outputs
- Assist in establishing and tracking performance metrics (response time, resolution time, alert health, ticket quality), and deliver regular insights to leadership and partner teams
- Assist in mentoring the team, provide day-to-day guidance, and help define training plans, knowledge content, and readiness standards for new workflows and mission types
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree with two years of employment experience or a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with four years of employment experience is required
- Ability to learn new software tools and technologies quickly
- Ability to successfully learn and execute analytical based skills to assess the cause, impact, and severity of issues while following detailed documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional engineering teams
- Willingness to quickly adapt to changes in process
- Interest and desire to work in the development of advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS)
Nice to have:
- Experience working with ADAS automation testing products
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience
- Strong Experience using Atlassian products (Confluence/Jira)
- Experience working independently on complex problems
- Experience working in an operations environment focused on improving both quality and time on task
- Experience working in a software/IT, operational or STEM environment
- Experience using data visualization software such as Looker or Superset
- Experience with Slack and Jira, especially integration and automation features
- Experience with technical writing

The expected hourly pay range for this contract position in California is $33.48 - $50.22/hour USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.

- Independently monitor Fleet Operations missions using dashboards, alerts, and basic vehicle health indicators to build incident context and assess mission impact
- Capture required details and open tickets with accurate categorization and documentation
- Participate in real-time coordination for active incidents: prioritize multiple events, drive timely escalations, and maintain clear communication across resolver teams
- Support cross-functional analytical tasks and real-time monitoring within Triage Operations
- Work in an operational but fast-paced environment emphasizing your attention to detail
- Assist in training and mentoring of new team members
What you'll need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Flexibility in working hours and shift support
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Ability to successfully learn and execute analytical based skills to assess the cause, impact, and severity of issues while following detailed documentation
- Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication skills to work with other team members

Bench Technician Associate - Pittsburgh, PA (Contract)

Meet the team:
The Bench Technician Associate will provide installation, upgrade, and engineering change requirements of all components including hardware and software. You will also be responsible for advanced diagnostic and triage support, technology expertise and end of line (EOL) commissioning support for the daily operation of the bench fleet. The role will perform independent project tasks and collaborate with a cross-functional team of internal and external customers and teammates.
This contract will be 1 year in length.
What you’ll do:
- Diagnose in-depth physical and operational electronic and assembly issues using supplied and created hardware and software combinations
- Communicate with cross functioning teams on advanced architecture, sensor and compute control systems
- Follow provided work instructions such as tech papers, schematics, 2D and 3D prints, cut sheets, sample harnesses
- Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics, using hand tools and proper assembly and rework techniques
- Validate signal path, network functionality, configuration management and scheduling mechanisms are functional across various sites and platforms
- Work individually or in small teams to complete daily triage and engineering requirements
- Document configuration management, diagnostic and triage events and bench health using various systems and automated tools
- Track inventory of project parts and supplies
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
What you'll need to succeed:
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, server rack installation and wire management techniques
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Able to create, modify, and install wiring systems and harnesses
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Google suite including Sheets, Docs and Slides
- Expect to potentially travel up to 20% of the time for trainings and/or team meetings
- Experience in a professional work environment where safety, honesty, procedure and/or software testing are emphasized
- Strong interest in technology and software and the ability to adapt to its ever-changing developments and improvements
- Ability to work in close quarters in a professional manner for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Nice to have:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology or similar
- Experience with flashing and re-flashing automotive control modules and CAN (Controller Area Network) bus operation
- Familiar with the use of oscilloscope or picoscope
- Basic knowledge of networking technology and troubleshooting
