As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Graphics Programmer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

To maintain and extend our proprietary engine on its VFX related part (particle simulation, materials, post-process effects, rendering/lighting pipeline).

Work closely together with Art/VFX department, to implement visual effects of topnotch quality and extending our library of existing VFX components.

Debug and optimize code to hit quality and performance targets

Document code features.

Requirements

Thorough knowledge of C++.

Strong technical background (bachelor’s degree or comparable experience).

Good spoken/written English.

Passion for making and playing great games.

Experience with modern graphics APIs like DirectX 12, Vulkan, Metal.

Experience with a wide range of CPU and GPU profiling tools.

Experience with particle system algorithms, including GPU particle implementations.

Excellent knowledge of shading languages and experience with writing complex GPU algorithms using shading languages.

Multi threading should be second nature.

Excellent software design and problem-solving skills.

Excellent software debugging skills.

You are a team player and willing to take responsibility.

This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.

Previously shipped game/console titles is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Work on all aspects of systems of the game: engine features, gameplay, UI, audio, animation, scripting, tools.

Work closely together with the other departments to implement the needed game components;

Work together with almost all content creators to deliver required features;

Write robust, maintainable auto-testable code in TDD fashion;

Be an active participant in the design and production of the game — technical side of the creative team and first line of feedback;

Help scope features and advise on best ways to implement them;

Work within an international team on a daily basis, spread between multiple studios across the world.

Requirements

4+ years experience in C++;

Excellent feel for RPG systems and gameplay in general;

Experience with commercial proprietary engines;

Open-minded, willing to experiment and iterate over a specific feature;

Concepts as state machines, pathfinding, AI routines should be second nature;

Ability to think like a designer to create compelling and fun game play;

Can easily communicate in English;

You are a team player and willing to take responsibility;

Passion for making and playing great games;

Excellent software design and problem-solving skills;

Excellent software debugging skills.

Excellent architectural skills. Designing many parallel and gameplay systems is not a problem for you;

Game development experience.

Responsibilities

In charge of conducting the overall Soundscape and the mix of our games based on the Audio Vision.

Translate the Vision into the Soundscape - the result our players will hear when playing our games.

Design and use interactive mixing systems to create the Soundscape of the Game.

Collaborate and align with the Technical Audio team.

Ensure the loudness standards and TRCs for all platforms are met.

Support all Endpoints.

Support and train some of our more junior Soundscape Designers.

Report and support the Audio Producer by estimating tasks and working and communicating correctly in Jira

Communicate with all other Audio Department team members to achieve the best results for the Soundscape.

Requirements

Full project loop as a Sound Designer, Technical Sound Designer or Mixing Engineer on a AAA title.

Profound in delivering an Audio Vision

Profound in mixing pipelines and routines.

Solid understanding of the Game Audio pipeline from Asset to Soundscape

Solid general audio production knowledge: how assets are created, mixed and mastered

Solid mastering of Wwise

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sysadmin operations team (10+ engineers), providing guidance, mentorship, and training.

Oversee the IT ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are assigned and tracked under SLA.

Manage the Office 365 environment and utilise Intune for mobile device management and application deployment.

Onboard new personnel and train the sysadmin team on IT infrastructure and systems.

Manage and administer local and global IT infrastructure.

Develop best practices and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Provide expert technical support, guidance, and training to team members and end-users.

Collaborate with IT management to drive the IT roadmap and participate in change management workflows.

Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting server availability.

Manage backup, storage infrastructure, and monitoring to ensure system uptime and reliability.

Participate in infrastructure upgrades and migrations.

Ensure adherence to IT security standards and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience with ITSM and managing Windows systems (client and server).

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualized environments.

Experience with Intune deployment, Office 365, Google Workspace, and Atlassian Suite.
