The Manager, Systems & Reporting, is a senior individual contributor within the central Program Management team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Process & Frameworks. This role is responsible for owning the design, evolution, and governance of enterprise program reporting and tracking systems that enable effective decision-making, operational excellence, and Games-time readiness across LA28.
This position plays a critical leadership role, driving solution architecture, technical standards, and adoption across complex, cross-functional programs. The Manager, Systems & Reporting, will be instrumental in shaping and delivering Games-time reporting capabilities for the Main Operations Center (MOC), ensuring data integrity, clarity, and reliability during peak operational periods.
The ideal candidate is a technical thought partner and problem-solver, with deep expertise in Smartsheet and integrated reporting solutions, who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys translating complex, often competing inputs into scalable, sustainable, and user-centered solutions.
Building trusted relationships across program teams, functional leadership, and external partners is central to success in this role. The Manager, Systems & Reporting, acts as a connector and influencer, aligning stakeholders around shared solutions, driving process adherence, and championing continuous improvement across LA28 delivery.

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.

The Senior Director, Operations - Ceremonies and Games Launch will orchestrate, drive and ensure the integration of internal LA28 teams working closely with the Co-Create LA (CCLA) Ceremonies team to ensure a holistic LA28 operating plan is planned seamlessly with the show production.
With visibility across all Functional Areas that are impacted or are dependent for ceremonies delivery, the incumbent in this role is an operationally and delivery orientated leader responsible for orchestrating cross-functional alignment, driving integrated planning, and ensuring flawless delivery across all elements of the four ceremonies. This role acts as the central connection between internal teams and will be responsible for leading the LA28 operating plan to support CCLA and the ceremonies production.
Through influence, considered communication, and negotiation, they will acquire and operationalize resources for ceremonies operational support. This role will be empowered to make decisions and escalate matters of misalignment that cannot be resolved at the FA/Stakeholder level.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams is essential for this position, as is a strong presence and voice within LA28. This collaborative role requires expert project management skills, a diplomatic and proactive communication style, and a deep understanding of operational integration across functions such as event management, communications, protocol, security, guest experience, logistics, etc.

The Senior Manager, Accessibility Training & Enablement leads the design, development, and implementation of accessibility education, training, and enablement programs across the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Head of Accessibility, this role ensures that LA28 staff, volunteers, delivery partners, and key stakeholders have the knowledge, tools, and guidance needed to support accessible and inclusive Games experiences. The Senior Manager oversees organization-wide accessibility training initiatives, resource development, and awareness campaigns that promote disability inclusion, universal design principles, and equitable service delivery. Through these efforts, the role helps ensure that Functional Areas responsible for Games delivery are equipped to meet baseline legal accessibility requirements and Games-specific accessibility standards. This position plays a critical role in embedding accessibility into LA28’s culture, workforce capability, and operational readiness planning. By working closely with Functional Areas, delivery partners, and subject matter experts, the Senior Manager helps build organizational capability and shared accountability for delivering accessible Games environments for athletes, spectators, workforce, media, and all Games stakeholders.
