YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead your region to success, implementing strategic operating plans.
• Recruit and manage a stellar BCBA team, driving high performance and meeting business metrics.

• Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances.

POSITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years experience in the Autism field, BCBA preferred
• Operational and leadership experience in ABA preferred (willingness to learn required!)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
• Comfortable with in-person client visits and regular travel.

BASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Pass DOJ & FBI background check and TB test where applicable.
• Receive and act on detailed information through oral & written communication.
• Utilize finger dexterity; good vision, hearing and critical thinking on a regular basis in order to carry out all duties and responsibilities.

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will:

• Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including application intake, submission, tracking, and payer follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements while maintaining accurate provider records in CAQH, NPPES, and internal systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, monitor credential status, and support efficient provider onboarding and operations.

Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or similar administrative roles.
• Credentialing Knowledge: Understanding of credentialing processes, payer requirements, and regulatory standards; experience with CAQH, NPPES, and HIPAA environments preferred.
• Systems & Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana); database management and reporting experience a plus.

As the Community Engagement Manager, you will develop community and provider relationships that drive client growth in your territory. Overseeing partnership development in your territory, you will ensure a steady stream of new referrals.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 + bonus potential quarterly

• Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to increase client referrals across assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with referral sources, including diagnosticians, pediatricians, and other community partners.
• Own referral and client growth targets and track key performance indicators in the CRM and other Kyo systems, including customer contacts, referrals received, and provider engagement.
• Act as a Kyo brand ambassador, effectively communicating our differentiated approach to ABA Therapy.
• Lead in-person meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities to expand Kyo’s visibility and credibility.
• Identify and attend local events, such as walks, resource fairs, and other community gatherings, to increase Kyo’s brand recognition and foster new partnerships.
• Collaborate on territory management with internal customers, including Regional Directors or other administrative partners within Kyo.
• Regularly report progress to the Director of Community Partnerships and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in healthcare, marketing, or communications
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or customer outreach (preferably in behavioral health or ABA therapy).
• Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Technology: Proficiency in CRM applications, Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and data tracking for performance measurement.
