The Account Executive (SMB) (International) position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the Small/Medium business segment to meet and exceed their monthly sales quota. This can be achieved by creating opportunities through various prospecting methods, following up on inbound leads, as well as reigniting open, outstanding customer opportunities.

Requirements:

• Acquire Small/Medium-sized new logo accounts within assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of Small/Medium business opportunities by various prospecting methods, following lead cadence best practices, and conducting demos of our suite of products.
• Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products and educate the customer how each product will improve their business’s human firewall.
• Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, potential roadblocks and next steps to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new logo accounts.
• Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals and/or negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the assigned Channel sales representative to seamlessly close new logos through our Partner business channels.  
• Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience selling to Small/Medium sized businesses
• Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable
• Experience with Salesforce, a plus
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Stats driven business professional
• Motivated, energetic self-starter
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills

As a Channel Account Manager, you'll work with a variety of partners to manage, support and develop partners to drive increased deal registrations and Net New customers. You play an important role in ensuring partners have a positive experience with KnowBe4 and you provide excellent customer service. You're able to manage multiple partner accounts effectively and efficiently and leverage KnowBe4 marketing content to equip partners with demand generation tools and content that result in an increase in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage a large portfolio of established partners
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Conduct initial onboarding and discovery with assigned partners
• Send regular marketing and communications to partner sales reps 
• Develop joint marketing plans with premier and certified partners
• Conduct strategic conversations and create business plans with key partners
• Engage and guide partner sales and marketing teams on sales approach
• Assess, validate and communicate partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Perform brief product demos and partner portal walkthroughs to enable partners
• Promote partners to attend partner portal walkthrough webinars
• Assist partner adoption of KnowBe4 by adding reps to Partner Portal
• Increase partner deal registrations through account mapping
• Direct partners to utilize tools and content in the Partner Portal and increase partner generated leads
• Close Net New business
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting
• Meet assigned targets for monthly sales volume requirements and objectives in assigned partner accounts
• Support direct sales and customer success teams where needed to manage the overall partner relationship 
• Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
• Maintain accurate and thorough records in Salesforce.com for opportunities, calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant info in compliance with policy and procedure

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field a plus
• Experience with Channel Sales preferred
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate sales aptitude working with channel partners

The SMB Sales Engineer is a vital member of the sales team having primary responsibility for providing pre-sales technical support to prospective customers for all KnowBe4 products. This position will help identify key customer requirements and present KnowBe4 products that meet those applicable requirements. In addition,  the ideal candidate will collaborate directly with other business units such as technical support to address complex technical issues.

Duties:

• Investigate and document technical issues and communicate findings to development team or clients as required
• Communicate directly with prospective customers to gather details to fully define technical issues or customer requirements
• Help to create brand awareness for KnowBe4 products within the assigned territory and/or region
• Establish relationships with partners, prospects and existing clients in support of the Sales teams objectives and engage and leverage corporate resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate
• Address technical issues that are impeding the closing of sales opportunities 
• Work alongside the Sales team to implement and manage technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective customers

Qualifications:

• 2 year degree or technical degree preferred
