What you’ll do

• Engage with prospects by phone, email, or face-to-face in the Enterprise, SME or Mid-Market Cuisine across the UAE.
• Own the sales cycle: From outbound calls to closing deals, you will own the full-cycle sales process and be in control of your success. 
• Initiate discussions and build interest with potential partners for the business.
• Arrange meetings with potential partners and set the sales cycle up for success.
• Take an interest in clients' business priorities and how KitchenPark can stimulate their growth.
• Understand from sourced leads the potential value added to the business.
• You will be given full product & sales training, doing lots of shadowing for the first 8 weeks.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years experience within a full-cycle sales experience in a direct quota-carrying role. 
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (marketing, sales, finance, economics)
• Consultative selling skills: You are intellectually curious and have exceptional closing skills.
• Communication skills: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone. 
• Goal-oriented: You have a sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help you achieve success.
• Strong work ethic: You can demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing what it takes to be successful in sales. You’re smart, passionate, competitive, driven to be the best.

This role is a key part of our growth strategy, focused on top-of-funnel lead generation and qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive team. What you’ll do

• Top of funnel Generation. Partner with AE’s to identify quality sales opportunities.
• Manage quality data entry into Salesforce, ensure accurate and up to date information on potential sales leads and notes on qualifications based on criteria and requirements.
• Well versed and knowledgeable on KitchenPark’s value propositions, articulately explain and answer questions to sales leads.
• Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hand over to Account Executives.
• Complete a high volume of daily calls, emails, website form fills, social media messaging.

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role — fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Must be a UAE National.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We operate across the GCC region, providing strategic legal guidance and negotiation expertise in procurement and real estate acquisitions. If you are a proactive and energetic legal professional looking to make an impact, we want you on our team.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel with 4-7 years of experience in-house or at a law firm. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and have experience in negotiating procurement and real estate acquisition contracts, as well as general corporate matters and contracts review. This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic initiatives across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial real estate agreements across the GCC, including property acquisition agreements, lease agreements (as landlord and tenant), investment agreements relating to real estate assets, and other real estate-related documentation.
• Provide legal support to the real estate team on property acquisitions, leasing arrangements, and real estate investment and development projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
• Review and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including amendments, addenda, side letters, memoranda of understanding, and other ancillary documentation related to real estate transactions.
• Support the negotiation of commercial lease terms, including advising on risk allocation, termination rights, renewal provisions, exclusivity arrangements, and other key commercial and legal terms.
• Identify legal risks arising from real estate and commercial transactions and develop practical strategies to mitigate such risks while supporting business objectives.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar in connection with real estate and related commercial activities.
• Provide legal support in connection with general commercial transactions supporting the company’s real estate portfolio and operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor, service, and operational agreements.
• Assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of contract templates and internal legal processes.
• Provide general legal support on matters relating to the company’s real estate portfolio and expansion across the GCC region.

What we’re looking for

• A law degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in-house or at a reputable law firm.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Customer Success Manager (Emirati National)- Operations

• Drive engagement of 50+ operators of delivery-only businesses (i.e. customers) across UAE, serving as a strategic advisor, and ensuring their happiness, profitability, growth and retention.
• Systematically identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion within and outside our infrastructure, leveraging up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Develop and maintain tools and reports that are shared with customers and contribute to the growth of their businesses.
• Develop and maintain tools, reports and datasets that improve the operational efficiency and productivity of the internal team.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of Customer Success experience.
• Must be a UAE national (Emirati).
• Industry experience in the FoodTech market is a plus.
• A proven track record of developing revenue-driven strategies that enhance customer retention while driving overall business growth.
