About the Role:
Reporting to Kerv’s Head of Marketing, we are looking for a Business Development Representative, with a demonstrable understanding of driving new business growth.
You will play a key role in driving new business growth across the contact centre and CX practice for Kerv (focussed on Genesys Cloud). You will focus on generating leads, building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and partnering closely with Marketing & Sales to execute targeted account strategies.

About the Role:
The Senior Solution Consultant role is a key position within our organisation, responsible for driving customer success by leveraging the power of Genesys Cloud CX. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will play a vital role in understanding client needs and translating them into tailored demonstrations that optimise their customer & agent experience management.
You will work closely with customers, conducting in-depth discussions to identify pain points and challenges they face in their customer interactions. With your deep understanding of the Genesys Cloud CX platform, you will design and present innovative solutions that address these challenges, aligning with the client's unique business objectives.
Your expertise will be showcased through product demonstrations, where you will demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Genesys Cloud CX and Kerv products to potential customers. This requires excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts and showcase the value proposition of the solution.
A core element of this role is strong bid and tender writing capability. You will play a leading role in producing written responses to RFPs, ITTs, and other tender documents, ensuring that Kerv’s propositions are clear, compelling, and aligned to customer objectives. This requires the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively in writing
As we have various practices within Kerv selling value-added services, you will be expected to collaborate with other practices to understand how their offering assists the customer with their requirements.

About the role:
This role will be responsible for leading the Billing, Credit Control, and Accounts Payable teams for a fast paced technology business. A successful candidate will ensure the accurate and timely issuance of invoices, effective collections, and efficient supplier payment processes, as well as working with our transformation team to design and implement global processes across all our practices.
With several practice migrations currently underway, the successful candidate will bring experience in guiding teams through significant operational change and implementing the right strategies for success.
The business has undergone considerable transformation, with multiple migrations and system overhauls across billing and finance operations. This role will be central to moving from manual, fragmented processes towards automated, scalable, and standardised operational finance workflows across Billing, Credit Control, and Accounts Payable.
This role reports into the Group Financial Controller. It is a senior position within the team, and the successful candidate will be expected to act as a role model for direct reports and a key point of contact across the business.
