About the Role
The Senior Revenue Performance Coach serves as a bridge between GTM enablement and execution. They blend coaching and enablement by reinforcing training concepts directly in real-world revenue generating situations. This role is designed for an experienced seller with a strong coaching and enablement mindset who thrives in live selling environments and values behavioral change over one-time training. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with frontline managers and Enablement leadership to drive sustained adoption across the revenue organization.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coaching outcomes for assigned sellers and revenue generators (primarily within the enterprise sales and customer success organizations, including diagnosis, action planning, behavior change, and progress tracking across coaching cycles. Observe performance and create actionable plans to drive growth and change adoption
- Join live customer conversations as an observer to assess real-time seller execution against defined standards, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvements
- Diagnose and uncover root causes of performance challenges, including skill gaps, behaviors, execution misses, process adherence, and decision-making under pressure
- Partner closely with frontline sales & success managers to reinforce coaching priorities and drive follow-through
- Reinforce enablement frameworks, messaging and playbooks within live selling moments
- Prioritize coaching focus areas based on data, feedback, reviews, live observations, and business needs
- Develop and own individual and personalized coaching plans with a focus on being clear, concise, and constructive
- Reinforce enablement concepts within live selling motions, blending coaching and training
- Identify recurring patterns across revenue generators and surface insights to inform enablement strategy and improvements
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor across the revenue organization by making yourself available for proactive outreach, questions, and follow up from team members beyond scheduled sessions
- Actively define, reinforce, and evolve standards for seller execution across revenue motions, helping establish and maintain a clear definition of “what great looks like” at Keeper
Requirements
- 4+ years of successful B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in a quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (e.g., Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience in sales coaching, enablement, training, or mentorship to show measurable improvement (formal or informal)
- Strong understanding of modern sales motions (discovery, demo, deal progression, account management)
- Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback with clarity and empathy
- High credibility with sellers and managers due to real-world selling experience
- Comfort observing live customer conversations and providing direct, constructive coaching
- Ability to manage multiple coaching relationships and prioritize effectively across performance tiers
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering with frontline leaders and enablement teams
- Drive to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize focus and execution while maintaining deadlines and goals
- Ability to leverage performance data, reports and dashboards to prioritize coaching focus and measure impact

About the Role
We are building a best-in-class Partner Operations function focused on creating predictable, scalable revenue through our partner ecosystem. The Senior Channel Strategy & Operations Analyst plays a critical role in this effort by transforming partner activity into clear, trusted, and actionable insights for Sales leadership, Finance, and the executive team.
This role is not a traditional reporting function. It exists to bring rigor, visibility, and accountability to partner-driven revenue and to help the business understand which partners, motions, and investments are actually driving results.
Responsibilities
- Own partner pipeline and revenue reporting, serving as the single source of truth for partner performance data
- Define and maintain partner attribution metrics, including sourced, influenced, and co-sell motions, in alignment with Sales and Finance
- Build and maintain standardized partner scorecards covering pipeline generation, revenue, win rates, ACV, sales cycle, and forecast accuracy
- Integrate partner pipeline into weekly and monthly forecasting cadences and surface risks and upside to leadership
- Support annual planning with partner contribution modeling and ROI analysis
- Measure effectiveness and ROI of partner programs, MDF investments, and enablement initiatives
- Partner with Partner Operations to drive data quality, governance, and consistent use of partner-related fields and definitions
- Develop automated dashboards and exception reporting to proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies
- Deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations that inform partner prioritization and investment decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Operations and Channel programs in addition to Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role
- Advanced experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to connect data to revenue outcomes
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders
- Experience supporting forecasting, planning, and performance reporting for revenue teams
- High attention to detail and a strong data governance mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Partner teams
- Ability to challenge assumptions and advocate for data-driven decisions with confidence
