WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Staff Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our product development processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence within the Product organization. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure our product roadmap is delivered on time, with quality and impact.
THE SCHEDULE:
This role is full-time in office, in our Vancouver, Canada office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Analytics) to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems
- Lead strategic initiatives or projects end-to-end from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization
- Act as the liaison between leadership, product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate operational excellence, decision-making, and best practices
- Notice areas for improvement and work together to improve processes.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges in product development.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Own and optimize tools that support product operations (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.), ensuring teams are trained and workflows are efficient.
- Encourage professional growth and development of the product organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-6 years’ experience in product management, operations, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective communication skills.
- Leadership skills to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the industry and products.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

The base salary for this role is CAD $110,000 – $125,000 per year. Total compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications
