About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, improve, and scale products that deliver real user value. You will be involved in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to shipping features and measuring impact.

This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a full Product Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Execution
• Translate product requirements into clear PRDS/user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams during sprint cycles
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of features
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and trade-off discussions 
• Own and drive small features/modules end-to-end (from discovery to release and iteration)
• User Understanding
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Identify user pain points and translate them into actionable insights
• Data & Metrics
• Define and track key product metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, task completion)
• Analyze data to inform product decisions and prioritization
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Engineering, Design, Business)
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and trade-offs clearly
• Product Discovery
• Assist in problem identification, solution ideation, and validation
• Contribute to PRDs, feature specs, and product documentation
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in product workflows and suggest improvements
• Support experimentation (A/B testing, pilots, iterations)
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual operational effort through product and process improvements 

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management / Product Design / Engineering / other adjacent areas
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to take ownership of small features/modules independently
• Ability to own small new or enhancements to features independently with guidance
• Working understanding of APIs, data flows, and system behavior to effectively collaborate with engineering, reason about trade-offs, and troubleshoot product issues
• Comfort working with data (SQL is a plus)
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Notion, Figma, or similar is a plus

Good to Have

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retros)
• Exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle (idea → PRD → design → development → release → iteration)
• Exposure to process improvement or automation (reducing manual ops effort)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful and timely delivery of multiple projects at a time. You will work closely with various teams across Karya, including technology, design, operations, sales and finance, to define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets. As a PM, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering value to our clients and communities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements, tasks and SLAs (service level agreements) in reference to assigned projects
• Hold regular meetings with technology, design, operations, sales and impact teams to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects to ensure on-time deliverables
• Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases
• Serve as the final point of accountability on assigned projects
• Generate regular reports to update leadership, internal stakeholders and clients on project timelines
• Conduct retrospectives towards the end of the project and identify areas of improvement for future projects

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) for stakeholder management and team collaboration
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Comfort and experience with technology to foresee challenges and ensure that the technological vision aligns with the project's objectives
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
