We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Marketing Intern to help tell Kargo’s story as we scale. In this role, you’ll support content creation and campaigns across multiple channels while learning how a high-growth AI company builds its brand and engages customers.

*Note: This is a paid in-person internship at our SF office for 3 months with the potential of being converted to a full time position at the end of the internship. This is not a short term summer internship, we are looking to hire someone long term.

Responsibilities

• Support content creation telling the Kargo story across channels, including blog posts, social media, email, and website.
• Assist in drafting and editing a variety of materials such as case studies, newsletters, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate content distribution and publishing, including scheduling and formatting across platforms.
• Help capture and write customer stories that highlight the impact of Kargo’s technology.
• Maintain and organize a library of marketing assets (one-pagers, presentation decks, email templates, ad copy) to support sales and marketing.
• Track content performance and help identify ways to improve engagement and reach.

Experience

• 1+ years experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related experience.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills: able to make complex ideas simple and compelling.
• Ability to think creatively and bring out of the box ideas.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit partners aligned with our core markets in the logistics and automation space who can benefit from adding autonomous inventory monitoring.
• Work alongside our sales team to navigate complex enterprise deals, ensuring the value proposition of real-time warehouse visibility is clearly communicated.
• Lead technical and commercial workshops to ensure partners can confidently pitch, demo, and support Kargo's platform.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure Kargo's data feeds seamlessly into their customers' existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with our customer success and deployment teams to ensure successful partner-led implementations.
• Enable partners to successfully position, sell, implement and support Kargo's solutions.
• Establish partner success metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize the ecosystem.

Experience

• 5+ years experience in channel sales, partnerships or business development, specifically within B2B Supply Chain Tech, Robotics, or Industrial AI.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy challenges (shrinkage, misplacements), and the 3PL landscape.
• Experience discussing AI concepts like Computer Vision, Edge Computing, and API integrations.
• Excellent communication, translating complex "Physical AI" jargon into clear ROI for warehouse managers and C-suite executives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deployments
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferred.

• Develops prospect and account relationships at an executive level as well as with appropriate influencers within the customer base and understands customer applications, processes, and business model. 
• Develop presentations, conducts and participates in meetings with prospective and existing clients. 
• Close large strategic deals that have a major impact on the company.
• Ability to travel greater than 50% of time.

Experience

•  5+ years experience in business development at an enterprise company or related role.
• Creative dealmaker with a track record of conceiving and closing large enterprise partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build strategy and optimize customers using a metrics-driven approach.
• Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise preferred.
• Enterprise account and/or Global account expertise preferred.
• A passion for the customer with a strong commitment to offering solutions to their problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve quality results on time, while working under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work both independently and in teams on complex problems.
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred.

• Work with Account Executives and commercial leadership to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating our value proposition to decision makers.
• Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers at new accounts.
• Craft targeted outreach approaches and collaborate with the sales team to source prospective clients.
• Book meetings with prospective customers within a defined ICP (ideal customer profile).

Experience

•  2+ years experience in sales, business development, or in client success preferred, but not required.
• You enjoy building lasting relationships and can build rapport quickly.
• Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise preferred.
• Enterprise account and/or Global account expertise preferred.
