About the role:

Salary range: $200k – $240k*

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Kalepa is looking for a technically-focused Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of experience to be a leader within our Product team. You will be expected to set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa’s core platform: working closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on Kalepa’s product vision and unlock value for users.

About you:

You have 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ building Enterprise SaaS products
You use first principles thinking to break down complex user needs to build clear, scalable workflows
You excel at leading cross-functional teams and clearly communicating workflows and user needs for stakeholders
Have experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-moving, agile environment, with high standards for requirements quality and delivery.
You love being the voice of the customer. You understand their problems and needs in detail and always look for better ways to address them
You leverage AI tools both for your own productivity and as part of product innovation, finding ways to make users’ lives better through intelligent features
You are data-driven, adept at combining quantitative and qualitative insights to bring clarity, prioritization, and alignment in ambiguous environments
