The Role
Justworks is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Experience to lead the evolution of Justworks.com.
In this role, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the website, driving measurable business impact across acquisition, conversion, customer experience, and overall site performance. You’ll operate the site as a digital product — setting a long-term vision of how the site drives our business, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and shared goals, and continually improving the site via experimentation and customer insight.
You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of web marketers and establish the operating model with Engineering, Design, and Data that enables you to deliver near-term results and long-term platform scalability. What You’ll Do
- Own the Web Strategy & Roadmap: Define and lead a forward-looking roadmap aligned to Marketing priorities and company growth objectives, prioritizing both short-term impact and long-term scalability.

- Lead & Scale the Function: Manage and elevate a high-performing web team while architecting the long-term vision for how the web integrates with or digital marketing function to support the business.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading website strategy, SEO, CRO, and digital experience optimization in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments, including 3+ years building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven ownership of a high-traffic marketing website as a primary acquisition channel, with measurable impact on conversion rates, pipeline quality, and revenue growth.
- A strong product-thinking mindset, with experience building and managing a strategic web roadmap aligned to business outcomes, including leading major UX, navigation, or structural evolutions tied to broader company initiatives.
- Demonstrated success establishing or scaling a structured experimentation program grounded in data, testing, and continuous optimization.
- Deep fluency in CMS platforms, technical SEO, analytics, experimentation frameworks, personalization, tracking, and attribution — with the ability to translate performance data into clear prioritization and executive-level recommendations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience driving alignment and decision-making across Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics in lean, fast-moving environments.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $166,000 - $214,000 per year.

Who You Are
Justworks is looking for a Director of Partner Marketing to build and scale a function that transforms our partner ecosystem into a strategic growth engine. This leader will define how Justworks engages, enables, and grows its network of channel, integration and alliance partners—driving awareness, acquisition, and trust through co-marketing programs and data-driven partner engagement.

Strategic Leadership

- Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics & Insights to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you'll be a key part of the Marketing team, owning the reporting and insights function to drive marketing performance analyses. We are seeking a strategic and analytically rigorous Head of Pricing & Packaging, PMM to lead Justworks’ multi-year Pricing & Packaging (P&P) strategy and cross-functional program execution. This leader will oversee a small team of Product Marketing Managers and work cross-functionally with peers in Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Revenue teams to lead Pricing & Packaging as a growth program across the business. This role will report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
Pricing & Packaging is a critical growth lever at Justworks. This role will define the frameworks, principles, and operating models that govern how we monetize our solutions across ideal customer profiles, channels, and sales motions. You will work at the intersection of Product, Finance, Revenue, and Marketing to ensure our pricing strategy reflects customer value, supports scalable growth, and reinforces our platform narrative.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, can balance customer empathy with financial rigor, and is excited to build durable monetization systems that scale with the business.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Define and evolve Justworks’ company-wide pricing and packaging strategy across products, add-ons, bundles, and platform tiers.
- Reinforce pricing principles and guardrails that guide decision-making across Product, Sales, and Finance.
- Design pricing and packaging strategies that support both sales-assisted and self-serve customer journeys, ensuring clarity, flexibility, and efficiency across acquisition and expansion motions.
- Own monetization outcomes tied to company revenue goals, including incremental ARR, expansion revenue, and margin performance.
- Partner with Product leadership to embed monetization strategy early in roadmap planning and solution design.
- Lead pricing strategy for new product launches, expansions, and platform innovations—ensuring alignment between value delivered and price captured.
- Develop and maintain packaging structures that balance simplicity, competitiveness, and expansion opportunity across our multi-solution platform.
- Partner with Revenue and Finance to define discounting strategy, governance, and exception frameworks that support efficient deal execution.
- Drive pricing research initiatives (e.g., willingness-to-pay/conjoint studies, elasticity modeling, competitive benchmarking).
- Build repeatable processes for pricing experimentation and iteration, incorporating data, qualitative insights, and cross-functional feedback loops.
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Customer Journeys and Platform PMM peers to ensure pricing and packaging reinforce our broader positioning and platform narrative across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing, monetization strategy, product marketing, strategy consulting, finance, or revenue strategy, operating at a Senior Manager level or above in a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated experience leading company-level pricing transformations or monetization programs.
- Experience supporting multi-product or platform businesses, ideally within B2B, fintech, HR tech, payroll, compliance, or benefits environments.
- Proven track record of driving incremental revenue through pricing updates, packaging optimization, and experimentation.
- Deep understanding of sales-assisted and growth-led motions, and how pricing enables both.
- Strong analytical background with comfort assessing retention impact, customer sentiment, and revenue tradeoffs.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, including executive stakeholder management.
- Experience leading structured experimentation programs tied to business OKRs.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $175,500.00 - $210,600.00 per year.

We are seeking a strategic and analytically strong Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pricing & Packaging to help execute Justworks’ multi-year Pricing & Packaging (P&P) strategy. This role will report to the Head of Pricing & Packaging and will play a critical role in driving monetization initiatives, packaging evolution, and pricing experimentation across the business.
Pricing & Packaging is a key growth lever at Justworks. In this role, you will help translate pricing principles into actionable recommendations, conduct rigorous analysis to inform pricing decisions, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Revenue, Strategy, and Marketing to bring pricing strategies to life.

- Lead high-impact pricing and packaging initiatives across products, add-ons, bundles, and platform tiers.
- Develop pricing recommendations grounded in customer value, segmentation insight, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling.

- Partner closely with Platform and Customer Journey PMMs to ensure pricing reinforces broader positioning and lifecycle strategy.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, pricing, monetization strategy, strategy consulting, finance, or revenue strategy within a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging strategy, including financial modeling and experimentation.
- Strong analytical background with experience evaluating revenue impact, retention implications, and margin tradeoffs.
- Experience supporting multi-product or platform businesses, ideally within B2B, fintech, HR tech, payroll, compliance, or benefits environments.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience supporting both sales-assisted and growth-led motions is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $165,000.00 - $181,500.00 per year.

In this role, you'll be a key part of the Marketing team, owning the reporting and insights function to drive marketing performance analyses. - Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze digital marketing performance across multiple channels, such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic. - Experience: You have 5+ years of B2B experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related performance marketing role. Experience working in a B2B marketing environment is a plus.
- Technical Skills: You have strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. You are proficient in SQL and experienced in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other BI/reporting platforms.
- Data & Analytics Expertise: You have a proven track record of using data to drive significant improvements in marketing performance. You also have experience with forecasting, budget modeling, and media effectiveness analysis.
