Responsibilities

• Coordinate Office & Administration and operations activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Organise the office space, maintain the office in excellent condition and arrange necessary upgrades
• Liaise with facility management, including cleaning, and security services, deliveries coordination
• Provide daily support to team members at the office, as well as with team and sit movements (e.g. stationery, travel arrangements, etc).
• Coordinate post-offer pre-onboarding duties and screenings as may be required
• Orient team members on office work, culture, and rules
• Support new employees with migration issues and local accommodations
• Organization of local team-building events for team members
• Market research or other collection of local information at the request of the company's departments
• Documentary support, office correspondence, as well as withdrawal/receipt of documents on financial and legal issues

Requirements

Requirements:

• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Argentina and Latin America, including scaling KOL/Influencer marketing, local PR, offline events, and localized SEO/community building.
• Proven experience directly allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets ranging from $50,000, skilled at driving down CPA and maximizing ROI.
• Strong background in sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with Argentinian influencers, financial bloggers, and local partners.
• Solid hands-on experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau, PowerBI with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV trends.
