At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work.The Senior Strategic Account Executive role is an evangelist and subject matter expert, responsible for expanding sales within a geographic territory by selling the Whole Product Experience (WPE). The Senior Strategic Account Executive will grow our sales to both new and existing customers.
- Drive thought leadership at multiple levels into accounts
- Concentrate on adoption strategies for implementing the WPE
- Formulate and guide business validation cases in order to expedite adoption
This role is offered as remote position within the United States, Please note that we are only able to consider applications for those based on the West Coast, including the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle markets and and have sponsorship to live and work in the United States.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Sell the Whole Product Experience (WPE) within assigned accounts in a geographic territory
- Create business, sales and account plans, and execute at or above assigned quota levels
- Learn and understand the Apple platform adoption, growth strategies, and business plans for accounts in the assigned territory
- Structure sales agreements with clients, manage unscheduled discounts
- Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, bridge the gap to executives, and increase Jamf mindshare, and elevate Jamf to a more strategic position within all accounts
- Build and execute sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of stakeholders, partners, and Apple team within the same accounts to generate new sales opportunities
- Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Lead by example: Ensure customer success by identifying solution-specific needs and execute appropriate handoff to partners within Jamf
- Use tools and resources to build and manage your territory business

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 8 years field sales experience in related software industry with demonstrated quota achievement (Required)
- Proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within a wide variety of organizations (Required)
- Experience selling in both direct and indirect (Channel) models (Required)
- Experience with Client Management software in mid-to-large education environments is desired, and Apple experience (Preferred)
- Experience with Apple or the Apple ecosystem (Preferred)

- 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

The Channel Program Manager (Incentives) plays a critical role in Jamf’schannel organization, focusing on the development, execution, and execution with our partners andincentive platform, Jamf Rewards. This role is responsible for managing partner incentives and rewards, driving partner engagement, and optimizing channel incentives to ensure scalable growth opportunities and mutual success. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end incentive process, aligning closely with Channel Managers and Partners, and ensure our incentive strategies drive growth, net new revenue through Deal Registration, and achieve company objectives. You will also play a key role in managing our Partner Portal(Partner Hub) and Incentives platform (Jamf Rewards), ensuring scalable and effective promotions for our partner ecosystem.
For those candidates who live near a Jamf office, you may be expected to work periodically in-office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. For those candidates who are not near a Jamf office, this role may be offered as remote.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Incentive Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage incentive programs that align with Jamf’s growth goals, focusing on net-new revenue through Deal Registration and partner engagement.
- End-to-end Incentive Management: Own the entire incentive process – from planning and execution to analysis and optimization – ensuring timely and accurate reporting and payouts to partners.
- Budget Management: Work within regional budgets to maximize the impact of incentive programs while maintaining financial accountability.
- Partner Alignment: Collaborate closely with Channel Managers and partners to understand needs, drive engagement, and ensure incentive programs are effective and attractive.
- Platform Management: Oversee the Jamf Rewards platform, ensuring incentive programs are easily accessible, understood, and utilized by partners.
- Scalability and Efficiency: Develop scalable incentive frameworks that can be efficiently expanded across different regions and partner tiers.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish and track key performance metrics for incentive programs, providing regular analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Act as the SME on reporting with a strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce and 360Incentive reporting.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to expert on partner incentives, advising on best practices and innovative strategies to motivate partners while meeting company objectives.
- Communication and Enablement: Create clear and compelling communication materials to educate partners and internal teams on incentive opportunities and processes.
- Feedback integration: Gather feedback from Channel Managers and partners to refine and enhance incentive programs continuously.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work with sales, finance, marketing and operations teams to align incentives with broader company strategies and ensure seamless execution

What you’ll do at Jamf:

The Senior Enterprise New Logo Account Executive is an experienced enterprise hunter to lead Jamf's new logo acquisition at the enterprise level. This is a fully new logo role — your responsibility is to identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts (with 1,000+ employees). You'll manage the entire sales process, develop relationships with C-suite executives, navigate complex buying committees, and secure high-value logos that lay out the groundwork for long-term customer partnerships.
For those candidates who live near a Jamf office, you may be expected to work periodically in-office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter.
What you can expect to do in this role:
New Logo Acquisition
- Build and execute a focused territory strategy to land net-new enterprise logos within an assigned segment (vertical, account tier, or named accounts).
- Develop deep segment expertise — buying behaviors, compliance requirements, Apple ecosystem maturity — to sharpen pipeline targeting and Jamf's value proposition.
- Develop a robust pipeline by outbound prospecting, collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns, and coordinate with our key Channel partners to facilitate strategic introductions.
- Engage diverse stakeholder groups including IT, Security, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and C-suite with customized business cases.
Complex Deal Management
- Ability to structure multi-year, multi-SKU commercial agreements, including expansion ARR, professional services, and renewal terms.
- Experience selling against a land-and-expand motion — sizing the initial footprint for speed to close while protecting long-term ACV growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to contract signing — including long cycles, changing stakeholders, enterprise procurement, legal, and InfoSec processes.
- Map and manage multi-threaded buying committees; understand stakeholder roles, internal politics, and how consensus gets built in large organizations.
- Navigate SLASA, DPA, and security reviews with confidence; guide internal and external stakeholders without losing deal momentum.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, with support from Jamf Legal teams, that emphasize value-based positioning and the potential for long-term partnerships across Jamf's entire portfolio.
- Maintain deal control in competitive scenarios where incumbents are entrenched, and switching costs are real.
Executive Engagement & Partner Leverage
- Build multi-threaded C-suite relationships early, before formal buying processes start — never rely on a single thread.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor on Apple enterprise management and endpoint security, bringing a segment-informed point of view.
- Deliver executive presentations and ROI business cases tied to board-level priorities: security posture, workforce productivity, compliance, and TCO.
- Own strategic relationships with Apple's enterprise team and key channel/SI partners, with joint business planning that creates a durable pipeline.
Forecasting, Pipeline & Team Impact
- Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with disciplined stage progression and accurate monthly/quarterly forecasting in Salesforce.
- Generate — not just consume — segment intelligence: competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, Apple ecosystem trends, win/loss patterns.
- Contribute to segment playbooks, ICP definitions, and GTM priorities; mentor other AEs on prospecting and enterprise deal strategy.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 8 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment. (Required)
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC or equivalent enterprise qualification methodology; ability to rigorously apply it across long, complex sales cycles to improve forecast accuracy and accelerate deal velocity. (Required)
- Proven success winning net-new enterprise logos — complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the 1,000+ employee segment.(Required)
- Experience navigating complete enterprise buying cycles, including IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and C-suite.
- Advanced consultative, solutions-oriented selling style; able to connect technology capabilities to executive-level business outcomes.
- Deep experience in enterprise procurement processes: DPAs, SLAs, security reviews, and InfoSec requirements.
- Experience in direct and indirect (channel/partner) selling models.
- Strong Salesforce proficiency and forecasting discipline.
- Strong familiarity with Apple enterprise ecosystem or endpoint management/security technologies (preferred).
