(Senior) Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief
As our new (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of our Talent Attraction team (Aude, Stephanie, Marlene ,Christian and Michaela) to ensure we hire the best talent. You will proactively source, train interviewers on hiring techniques and manage the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company. Act as a first point of contact as a brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace.
We are a small team with very ambitious goals, looking for a mission-driven individual to reach our goals together!
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and skill sets of a role
- Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews
- Manage the pipeline of candidates, both immediate and long term leads, to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Together with the team, deliver and track most important recruitment KPIs
- Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Be involved in personnel marketing and employer branding projects by driving initiatives
Qualification Checklist
- Bachelor’s or masters degree in business, psychology or related degree or equivalent
- Ideally at least 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience with tech roles, 7 for Senior
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
Bonus Skills
- High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a growing organisation
- Blue-collar hiring experience
- In-house recruitment experience
- Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or French

As our Junior L&D Specialist, you’ll support the development of programs that strengthen our culture, empower our teams, and elevate learning across the company. You’ll work closely with the Senior L&D team and report to the Director Talent, gaining hands‑on experience in shaping a high‑performance, value‑driven environment.
Your Role in Our Space Mission
- Support initiatives that reinforce our values and strengthen our culture.
- Assist in organizing programs that foster inclusion, recognition, and employee connection.
- Help coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to embed cultural values into daily practices.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to support engagement and retention initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of leadership and learning programs.
- Support the administration of our Learning Management System and digital learning tools.
- Assist in designing and maintaining career development resources.
- Help coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
- Collaborate with internal communications to share stories about culture and development.
- Work with HR BPs and other teams to integrate learning into the employee experience.
- Promote cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualification Checklist
- Degree in psychology, HR, business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in L&D, HR, or culture‑related roles (internships included).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Comfort working with data to support decision‑making.
- Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

We are seeking a strategic, influential, and hands‑on Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in dynamic environments, navigates complexity with confidence, and drives meaningful organizational impact — all without direct people management responsibilities.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Advise senior leaders and shape people strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Use workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Explore and evaluate multiple strategic options, ask the right questions, and guide leaders toward well‑founded decisions.
- Build strong narratives and provide clear, compelling storytelling to support alignment and change.
- Drive organizational design, talent planning, and succession initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Collaborate effectively across cultures, especially with teams in Germany, Sweden, and Norway.
- Travel occasionally to support leaders and teams across locations.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant, scalable, and aligned with company values.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
- Work closely with Works Councils with transparency and constructive co‑determination.
- Lead and support change management initiatives.
- Set up and refine HR initiatives, frameworks, and processes where needed
- Drive cross‑functional projects with strong project management discipline.
- Continuously improve HR processes and the employee experience.
- Support leaders through organizational change with clarity and empathy.
- Use Workday effectively for reporting, analytics, and organizational updates.
Qualification Checklist
- Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast‑paced environments.
- Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is a plus.
- Fluent German/English skills.
- Solid Workday proficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives and change.
- Deep knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with both strategic and hands‑on capability.

- Additional language skills: Swedish and/or Norwegian language skills are a plus; French is an additional advantage.
