Über die Rolle
- Dies ist keine typische „Demo-Jockey“-Position. Es geht darum, potenziellen Kunden zu zeigen, was möglich ist, wenn sie Klarheit, Kontrolle und Vertrauen in ihre Netzwerke haben.
- Als Senior Solutions Architect bei IP Fabric arbeitest Du mit einigen der komplexesten und anspruchsvollsten Enterprise-Umgebungen in der DACH-Region. Du begleitest unsere Prospects dabei zu verstehen, was moderne Network Assurance wirklich bedeutet, und verbindest tiefes technisches Verständnis mit konkreten geschäftlichen Ergebnissen und Zielorientierung im Vertrieb.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Produktmanagement und Engineering zusammen und arbeitest im Vertriebsprozess klar unseren Mehrwert duch KI/Automatisierung, Integrationen und das Zusammenspiel im Ökosystem heraus. Du bringst technische Expertise und souveränes Auftreten auf Managementebene in jede Unterhaltung ein, übersetzt Komplexität in klare Handlungsempfehlungen und hilfst Kunden, schneller bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Diese Rolle ist sowohl technisch als auch strategisch. Sie eignet sich ideal für jemanden, der in wirkungsvollen Gesprächen mit IT-Führungskräften von Unternehmen aufblüht und gleichzeitig bereit ist, praktisch Lösungen zu entwickeln, zu testen und zu validieren.
Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung technischer Discovery-Workshops zur Identifikation von Herausforderungen und Ableitung messbarer Ergebnisse
- Übersetzung von Network-Assurance-Potenzialen in klare Business-Impact-Aussagen (Risikoreduktion, Compliance, Effizienzsteigerung)
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) zur Demonstration des Mehrwerts von IP Fabric in hybriden und Cloud-Netzwerken
- Präsentation von Integrationen mit wichtigen Partnern wie ServiceNow, NetBox, Nautobot, Splunk usw.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und Engineering-Teams zur strukturierten Weitergabe von Feedback aus dem Feld und zur Mitgestaltung der Product Roadmap
- Enge Abstimmung mit Account Executives zur Definition technischer Strategien, Planung von PoCs und erfolgreichen Evaluierungen
- Befähigung interner Teams und Partner durch starke Narrative: wie funktioniert IP Fabric und warum ist es für die Transformation von Unternehmen entscheidend
- Repräsentation von IP Fabric als echter Partner und „trusted advisdor“ bei Kundenworkshops, Konferenzen und Branchenveranstaltungen
Dein Profil
- 6+ Jahre Erfahrung im Enterprise-Networking: Du hast große, globale Netzwerkumgebungen entworfen, betrieben oder automatisiert (Rechenzentren, SDN, Campus, SD-WAN)
- Fundierte Multi-Domain-Erfahrung in On-Premises-, Hybrid- und Cloud-Netzwerken (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Architekturprinzipien (z. B. Modularität, Trade-offs, Einfachheit vs. Overengineering, Ausrichtung an Business-Zielen) sowie L2/L3-Protokollen und Konzepten (BGP, OSPF, VRF, ACLs, VLANs)
- Erfahrung mit relevanten Ökosystemen wie ServiceNow CMDB, NetBox, Nautobot, Ansible, Terraform oder ähnlichen Technologien
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, technische Komplexität in klare, ergebnisorientierte Gespräche mit Fach- und Führungskräften zu übersetzen
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist souverän sowohl am Whiteboard als auch in Präsentationen vor Führungskräften
- Erfahrung in der Strukturierung von Discovery-Ergebnissen, Definition von Erfolgskriterien und Erstellung von Value-Narrativen nach PoCs
- Leidenschaft dafür, Unternehmen bei der Modernisierung, Validierung und Automatisierung ihrer Netzwerke zu unterstützen
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau, verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Von Vorteil
- Zertifizierungen wie CCNP/CCDE, DevNet Professional oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung mit Network-Assurance-, Observability- oder Orchestrierungsplattformen (z. B. IP Fabric, Cisco NSO, GitHub Actions)
- Kenntnisse in Sicherheits-, Compliance- oder Change-Management-Frameworks (NIST, CIS, PCI, HIPAA etc.)
- Praktische Erfahrung in Automatisierung: Python, REST APIs, Git-Workflows, Jinja, Nornir, YAML/JSON sowie CI/CD

About The Role
This isn’t a “demo jockey” role. It’s about helping prospects see what’s possible when they have clarity, control, and confidence in their networks.
As a Senior Solutions Architect at IP Fabric, you’ll work with some of the most complex enterprise environments in the DACH region. You’ll guide prospects through what modern network assurance really means, connecting deep technical understanding to tangible business outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with sales, product, and engineering to shape how we show value through AI/automation, integrations, and ecosystem storytelling. You’ll bring technical credibility and executive presence to every conversation, translating complexity into direction and helping customers make smarter decisions, faster.
This role is both technical and strategic. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact conversations with enterprise IT leaders and can also roll up their sleeves to build, test, and validate solutions hands-on.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical discovery sessions that uncover enterprise challenges and align them to measurable outcomes.
- Translate network assurance opportunities into clear business impact statements (risk reduction, compliance readiness, operational efficiency).
- Design and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements that demonstrate IP Fabric’s value across hybrid and cloud networks.
- Demonstrate integrations with key ecosystem partners: ServiceNow, NetBox, Nautobot, Splunk, and others.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to channel structured field feedback and influence roadmap direction.
- Partner with Account Executives to define technical strategy, scope PoCs, and drive evaluations to success.
- Enable internal teams and partners with strong narratives, not just how IP Fabric works, but why it matters to enterprise transformation.
- Represent IP Fabric as a trusted advisor at customer workshops, conferences, and industry events.
What You'll Need
- 6+ Years Enterprise networking expertise — you’ve designed, supported, or automated large-scale global environments (data center, SDN, campus, and SD-WAN).
- Strong multi-domain experience across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep knowledge of architectural principles (ie modular design, tradeoffs, simplicity vs overengineering, business goal alignment) and L2/L3 protocols and concepts (BGP, OSPF, VRF, ACLs, VLANs)
- Experience with one or more key ecosystems: ServiceNow CMDB, NetBox, Nautobot, Ansible, Terraform, or similar stacks.
- Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear, outcome-driven conversations with business and technical leaders.
- Confident communicator, equally effective in a whiteboard session or an executive presentation.
- Experience building structured discovery findings, success criteria, and post-PoC value narratives.
- A genuine passion for helping enterprises modernize how they operate, validate, and automate their networks.
- Native-level German language skills.
Bonus points if you have
- Certifications such as CCNP/CCDE, DevNet Professional, or equivalent experience.
- Background with network assurance, observability, or orchestration platforms (e.g., IP Fabric, Cisco NSO, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with security, compliance, or change validation frameworks (NIST, CIS, PCI, HIPAA, etc.).
- Hands-on automation skills: Python, REST APIs, Git workflows, Jinja, Nornir, YAML/JSON, and CI/CD familiarity.

About The Role
As a Post Sales Solution Architect at IP Fabric, you will work closely with our Customer Success Managers to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise, in order to engage with clients post-sales to understand their requirements and business objectives and facilitate resolution of complex issues where/when appropriate.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery:
- Guide customers through their journey with IP Fabric, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing value realization.
- Understand the limitations of traditional network management approaches and the opportunities in leveraging network data to transform enterprises.
- Refine and validate use cases and outcomes created by the Pre-Sales team and establish post-sales acceptance criteria.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing client support to maximize the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Identify and nurture customer champions to drive long-term engagement.
- Develop and draft clear and concise Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Occasionally travel for company meetings, industry events, and customer visits (once to three times a quarter).
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with product management, product marketing, and engineering to provide field-facing feedback that influences the product roadmap.
- Work closely with IP Fabric’s support and sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and engagement.
Technical Expertise
- Deploy and provide basic support for the IP Fabric platform in customer environments, including understanding deployment methods, platform limitations, and administrative access requirements.
- Assist sales and technology partners in integrating IP Fabric into broader solutions.
- Scope, design, and oversee the implementation of targeted solutions, extensions, or integrations that enhance the core product offering.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in post-sales engagements or professional services for enterprise B2B hardware or software solutions, ideally in the networking space (Network Observability, Network Monitoring, Network Security, Network Automation, etc.).
- A customer-first perspective with a consultative approach to solution delivery.
- A background in network engineering or architecture, with a strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols.
- Experience in professional services functions, including project scoping, SOW creation, and solution implementation.
- Familiarity with server virtualization technologies.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and APIs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
- Strong understanding of NetDevOps workflows including automation, infrastructure-as-code, python, git, Ansible, and similar tools.
- Ability to code in Python, sufficient to develop custom prototype solutions for customers.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer (L3/L4) to join our Platform Team and help evolve the core architecture of IP Fabric’s product. You will work hands‑on in the codebase, drive architectural improvements, and enable other engineering teams through a stronger, more scalable platform.
This is a high‑impact IC role requiring strong backend engineering skills, architectural thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with Product and other engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Design, refactor, and evolve core platform components
- Drive architectural improvements to reduce technical debt and improve scalability and stability
- Own platform initiatives from problem definition to delivery
- Improve build, deployment, and operational workflows
- Collaborate closely with Product to translate business goals into technical roadmap items
- Mentor and support other engineers through technical leadership and clear communication
What You'll Need
- Strong backend engineering experience with TypeScript / Node.js
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Proven experience refactoring and maintaining existing production systems
- Experience with on‑prem and cloud deployments
- Ability to work independently and identify what needs to be done
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid VISA to work in Czechia / EU
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in platform or enablement teams
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
