Qualifications:

The Administration Partner is responsible for the comprehensive administrative handling of all HR-related processes within one or several business areas. In close cooperation with HR Officers and HR Business Partners, the role ensures a high-quality, efficient, and legally compliant execution of all administrative HR tasks. The Administration Partner acts as a knowledgeable contact person, process optimizer, and trusted advisor within the operational HR environment.
Responsibilities:

Handle onboarding and offboarding activities, including contract preparation, amendments, termination documentation, exit interviews, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

About the role
We are looking for a Telesales & Customer Retentions Agent to develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers, resulting in increased levels of customer retention and customer satisfaction.

● Respond to incoming requests via telephone, email and online live chat to identify, inform and sell the correct hosting product to meet the customers need.

● Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and identify opportunities to achieveretention.
● To consistently achieve and exceed sales and retentions targets.
● Direct customers to our online knowledge base to improve their future self service capability.
