As a Manager, Provider Services, your key responsibility will be to act as a liaison between our provider network and nephrology practices, facilitating a smooth transition to Value-Based Care and providing dual support to ensure success. This role requires a diligent work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with external partners and internal, cross-functional teams.
Note: This is a fully remote position that requires up to 50% travel. Coverages areas to be reviewed during the interview process and subject to change based on evolving business needs.

As the Director, Network Development you'll spearhead efforts to expand our network of Physician providers across the United States. This position uniquely blends sales, strategy, analytics, and innovation in a dynamic market-facing leadership role. This role will work to enhance the
partnership experience, deepening engagement and fostering education among our valued Physician partners. Success will include championing our integrated technology and clinical offerings, emphasizing ease of business, workflow-neutral solutions, clinical autonomy, and aligned
incentives. You'll be a voice of the physician community, entrusted with managing multiple relationships and shaping market strategies.

The Senior Director, Network Development will help lead the national strategy and regional implementation for expanding Interwell Health’s physician network and strengthening partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. This role is responsible for shaping long-term growth initiatives, driving market penetration, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives for value-based care. The Senior Director will oversee regional directors, manage high-impact relationships with physician groups and payers, and collaborate with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions. Success in this role requires a visionary leader who can balance market intelligence, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement.
