Responsibilities

• Support the team with planning and execution of industry event sponsorships and InterSystems branded events
• Keep marketing data within the CRM up-to-date
• Process campaign responses within CRM
• Help prepare marketing reports
• Support with content production
• Lead the delivery of projects, working with third party vendors
• Support the marketing team in various marketing activities as required

 Responsibilities

Consultation and Analysis

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. 
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing customer database systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 
• Advise, guide, and educate customers on proper usage and implementation best practices. 

 Project Management

 Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join a high-performance, collaborative regional marketing team to develop (or localise) and implement quality campaigns in order to increase sales revenues and meet key business targets.  The role has a strong digital marketing focus and will oversee the production and maintenance of the digital marketing content for the Asia Pacific region.  Reporting to a Sydney-based regional marketing director, this role will manage paid digital advertising and digital communications and will have responsibility for the maintenance of the Australian, Singaporean, and Indonesian websites. The role will also include general marketing activities to support the business as needed (e.g., digital event management).

This role is key to delivering effective marketing communications to improve demand generation and nurturing, supporting the company’s key business objectives.

Responsibilities

Marketing Automation and Campaign Management

• Build, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns using HubSpot
• Develop audience segmentation, nurture journeys, and email marketing workflows
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategy with pipeline goals
• Maintain campaign documentation, lead scoring, and database hygiene

Paid Digital Advertising

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across: LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Manage campaign budgets and monitor spend efficiency
• Improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead through ongoing optimization

Website Management

• Update regional web pages using Brightspot CMS
• Create and publish local landing pages aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Track organic traffic and rankings

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, ad platform dashboards, etc.)
• Build reports and dashboards to measure KPIs such as: lead generation, engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI and ROAS.

Profile Summary

To ensure customer satisfaction by triaging support requests, facilitating rapid responses, ensuring requests contain sufficient detail and managing the support queue and backlog.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate response to customer support inquiries via phone or iService (the TrakCare ticketing system)
• Ensure iService tickets contain sufficient information and detail for second line support to work with, according to the minimum datasets laid out
• Where possible, provide immediate resolution to support inquiries. Alternatively, triage the inquiry and determine the best person to pass it to
