Instacart has become a lifeline for millions of people, and we’re building the team to help push our shopping cart forward. If you’re ready to do the best work of your life, come join our table.
Instacart is a Flex First team
There’s no one-size fits all approach to how we do our best work. Our employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work—whether it’s from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop—while staying connected and building community through regular in-person events. Learn more about our flexible approach to where we work.
The Retail Go-To-Market Operations team is at the forefront of defining the future of connected retail. We are the team responsible for bringing Instacart’s innovative in-store technology to life across our retail partners’ stores, and driving adoption from day one. Within this organization, the Launch Success & Retailer Enablement pillar owns the full lifecycle of new store deployments, from pre-launch readiness through early user growth and ongoing retailer enablement.
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sr. Associate to join the acquisition programs function within this pillar. In this role, you will be the operational engine behind the programs that drive new user adoption across our growing portfolio of store launches. You will work across multiple acquisition channels, coordinate with vendors and field teams, and keep the moving parts of a fast-scaling operation running smoothly. This is a high-execution role with real visibility: you will report directly to the Director of Launch Success & Retailer Enablement and work alongside program managers and cross-functional partners who are shaping how we grow our Connected stores technology.
If you are someone who thrives on making complex operations feel simple, who uses data to spot what’s not working and takes action to fix it, and who wants the opportunity to grow into program ownership, this is the role for you.
