About Inspiren
Inspiren offers the most complete and connected ecosystem in senior living. Founded by Michael Wang, a former Green Beret turned cardiothoracic nurse, Inspiren proves that compassionate care and technology can coexist - bringing peace of mind to residents, families, and staff.
Our integrated solutions seamlessly fit into existing workflows, capturing everything happening within a community. Backed by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, we provide the data operators need to make informed clinical and operational decisions - driving efficiency, profitability, and better care outcomes.
About the Role
We are hiring a Principal Engineer, Systems & Strategic Expansion to be the most senior IC in the engineering organization and the CTO's right hand on technology. This is a building role. At Inspiren, architecture happens by shipping systems, coaching others to make proactive technology investments, and building the tooling that makes good patterns the default. A defining responsibility of this role is making every engineer in the org faster while simultaneously raising the bar on architecture, quality, resilience, and security. We believe agentic development is how you achieve both at once. Your job is to make agentic workflows the fastest, easiest, most correct way to build — so that engineers choose them not because they are told to, but because they are better. You will build the AI platform, agents, skills, templates, and paved roads that make coding agents architecturally literate by default, and you will continuously push that frontier forward. The fast path and the correct path should be the same path, and you are the person who builds that path.

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to build intelligent, scalable workflows powered by cloud-based Vision-Language Models (VLMs). You'll own the end-to-end pipeline: from determining what signals and context need to come off the device to maximize VLM performance, to building and evaluating the cloud-side inference systems that generate high-quality labels at scale. This role sits at the intersection of computer vision, LLMs, and systems engineering, and you'll work closely with our Embedded Systems, Computer Vision, and Data Science teams to close the loop between edge devices and cloud intelligence.

The People Ops Associate is the operational backbone of Inspiren's People function — the person who makes everything run. This role is deeply tactical by design: you'll own the day-to-day systems and processes that power our employee experience, from HRIS administration and onboarding workflows to benefits and compliance.
What makes this role genuinely exciting is the expectation to not just execute the work, but to constantly look for ways to make it better. Whether that's spotting a manual workflow that could be automated, identifying a process gap before it becomes a problem, or building scalable infrastructure that will outlast your first year — this role rewards initiative and operational creativity.

About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Systems PM, Perception Hardware & Platform, to own Inspiren’s connected system of systems—unifying our current hardware and all future devices. Embedded within our hardware team, this is a deeply technical senior PM role sitting at the intersection of hardware engineering, firmware, software, and data.
You will define system-level requirements and trade-offs across hardware, firmware, and software so that communities experience a seamless, clinically effective safety system. You will lead discovery on new and existing hardware types—partnering with hardware and commercial teams to evaluate sensing technologies and device configurations, assess technical feasibility and regulatory constraints, and tie recommendations to business expansion opportunities. You will partner with hardware and software teams across all development phases—from PRD kick-off through concept, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production—and with implementation on real-world deployment trade-offs, deciding when to solve problems via new hardware vs. firmware vs. platform vs. AI.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You will be the connective tissue between hardware, firmware, software, AI, and implementation teams—with a real voice in shaping next-generation perception hardware. Your work directly affects resident safety in the communities we serve, and your decisions will define how Inspiren’s system of systems evolves. This role reports to the Head of Product.

This is a foundational leadership hire. You will be responsible for evolving our recruiting function into a proactive, data-driven machine. Partnering with your recruiters and the HRBP function, you will design the sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and candidate experiences that define how the world perceives our brand. About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Management, Strategic Expansion, to own the product strategy and roadmap for Inspiren’s most important expansion opportunities—across new markets, new segments, and new experiences. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, where hardware, software, AI, and clinical workflows come together to unlock new growth.
You will take ambiguous, high‑stakes questions like “where should Inspiren go next?” and turn them into clear, durable product and market directions. You will define which segments and use cases we pursue, how our platform needs to evolve, and how we deliver differentiated value that drives expansion revenue and retention. And you won’t stop at strategy - you will own execution alongside it, partnering closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Clinical Success to drive validated bets through launch, learn from real‑world signals, and iterate until they scale.
This is a hands‑on leadership role and a key driver of Inspiren’s future. You will be accountable for turning technical capabilities in hardware, firmware, connectivity, and AI into real‑world impact for residents, caregivers, and operators - and into measurable business results.
Beyond owning expansion strategy and execution, you will raise the bar for how product is practiced across the organization. You will apply your deep product expertise to identify new opportunities, guide rigorous discovery, and evolve our product development and portfolio processes. You will work closely with Commercial, Product Marketing, Engineering (hardware, firmware, software, and Data & AI), Design, Clinical Success and Operations partners, reporting directly to the Head of Product.

We are seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer with a strong background in real-time audio, to lead the development of our 2-way communication, dictation, and high-fidelity audio communication platform. If you’ve spent your career at the intersection of Linux and signal processing, battling jitter buffers, optimizing GStreamer pipelines, and navigating the complexities of NAT traversal we would like to hear from you.
This is a hands-on engineering role with meaningful system design work. You will ship features, while also strengthening the foundation those features depend on: modular boundaries, explicit contracts, and automated testing and validation.
At Inspiren, we are committed to fair, transparent, and equitable compensation. We know that every candidate brings a unique combination of experience, skills, and perspectives, and we take these factors into account when determining pay. While compensation may vary depending on your background, role, and location, we are proud to offer a competitive base salary and total benefits package, alongside eligibility for equity awards in the form of stock options.
