As the Hosting Solutions Architect - AI & Infrastructure at Inflect, you design, validate, and present the enterprise-scale hosting and colocation solutions that anchor our marketplace and advisory offerings. This is an executive-facing role that bridges the gap between raw infrastructure and client-ready strategy.
This isn't a role for someone who just understands servers; it’s for an architect who masters the intersection of power, space, and high-performance compute. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate hosting capabilities -including colocation, GPUaaS, cloud, bare metal, and power/density management- into actionable solutions for NEO Clouds, Hyperscalers, and Fortune 500 enterprises. You ensure that Inflect’s hosting offerings are backed by technical rigor and AI-driven insights, enabling us to deliver rapid, high-value outcomes to the world's most demanding digital infrastructure clients.
You are a technical authority who thrives in front of a whiteboard and a boardroom. You don't just see a data center; you see a complex puzzle of capacity, power planning, and on-premise integrations. You possess the unique ability to translate dense supplier technical offerings and market intelligence into high-impact, client-ready solutions. You are an influencer who can navigate executive-level conversations, providing the technical confidence needed to drive massive business outcomes.
You probably have a visceral reaction to messy capacity forecasting or hand-wavy power density claims. As the Account Director - AI & Infrastructure Providers at Inflect, you will report directly to our VP of Partnerships and you will drive the success and enablement of our AI and infrastructure partner ecosystem. This is a highly visible and strategic hands-on role where you own the lifecycle of assigned partners, ensuring top-tier performance on Inflect-routed opportunities while maintaining total marketplace trust.
This isn't a role for someone who just wants to manage relationships; it’s for an operator who understands the technical nuances of colocation, network, GPUaaS, and bare metal. Working closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Engineering, you will transform partner intelligence into actionable outcomes that accelerate deal velocity, enhance platform adoption, and improve opportunity routing efficiency. You are the architect of partner success, ensuring our marketplace remains the gold standard for digital infrastructure.
You are a strategic thinker with a "boots on the ground" execution mindset. You don't just look at partner logos; you dive into the mechanics of their capacity, power availability, and deployment speed. You possess the unique ability to translate complex technical capabilities into transactable marketplace offerings. As the Network Solutions Architect – AI & Infrastructure at Inflect, you are responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing the enterprise-class network solutions that power our marketplace. This role reports directly to our VP of Partnerships and combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, bridging global supplier offerings with complex customer requirements.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate capabilities- including sub-sea cables, dark fiber, global IP transit, DIA, WAN, LAN, and wave technologies- into actionable, high-value solutions for NEO Clouds, Hyperscalers, IoT companies, and Fortune 500 enterprises. You ensure that when a customer looks to Inflect for infrastructure, they are met with a network architecture that is operationally bulletproof.
You are a technical strategist who refuses to accept "good enough" connectivity. You don't just understand BGP or wave services; you understand how they form the backbone of human innovation. You possess the unique ability to translate dense technical specs into marketplace solutions that accelerate sales and customer adoption.
