What You'll Do

The primary location for this role is remote in mid-Tennessee but will entail frequent (up to 50%) travel throughout the greater state of Tennessee. Expected schedule requirements are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT with some weekends for conferences and/or events. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role but not required. 

As a Provider Engagement Specialist III (PES) you will work collaboratively with providers in markets where Imagine Pediatrics is contracted to further our mission of increasing safe days at home by delivering care for medically complex children. As part of the Network Development team, you will develop and manage positive, long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations. You will serve as an ambassador and representative of Imagine Pediatrics in your territory with the goal of enrolling eligible patients and their families in Imagine Pediatrics' app-based care model. In addition, you will:  

• Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within your assigned territory or specific market and/or focus on a specialized population.
• Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers, coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs and decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations in your territory.
• Provide input on central engagement strategies from on-the-ground experience.
• Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making and work with the Director on broader, systematic challenges.  
• Work closely with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition. 
• Identify additional engagement opportunities by independently pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs. 
• Mentor and support new and associate-level team members 
• Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets 
• Travel within territory as well as within market for team member support and relationship builds. Travel expected 75% of the time.
• Independently develop and maintain relationships with health plans

• 6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in a medical or healthcare field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required; proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred

What You’ll Do 

The Patient Engagement Associate II will work collaboratively with their engagement pod and have shared accountability for enrolling and onboarding children and caregivers into Imagine Pediatrics’ program. This role will be highly specialized and require strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills along with an aptitude for collaboration and teamwork. Specific responsibilities include: 

• Conduct thorough research on attributed patients to better understand their healthcare needs and utilization, uncover potential challenges or barriers to enrollment, and identify thoughtful ways to reach caregivers. 
• Perform telephonic outreach to the caregivers of attributed patients with the goal of enrolling their child in care and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. 
• Perform telephonic outreach to other healthcare professionals that may be engaging with our attributed patients and their caregivers. This could include durable medical equipment (DME) companies, home health organizations, pharmacies, pediatricians, and more. 
• Leverage relationships with other healthcare professionals to help support re-engagement of enrolled patients.  
• Handle inbound phone calls from caregivers, health plan service coordinators, and hospital discharge planners as part of the enrollment process. 
• Develop deep knowledge of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program and perform telephonic outreach to caregivers that may be eligible for this program. 
• Collaborate with Provider Engagement Specialists to conduct embedded outreach (e.g., on-site at PCP offices, residential facilities, etc.) when appropriate to support the enrollment process.

• Excitement to be part of a tight-knit team with shared accountability for enrollment; excellent collaboration skills. 
• Stellar active listening and communication skills; ability to tailor value proposition to various audiences with different needs and overcome more complex objections. 
• Strong ability to build trust & relationships with key stakeholders, including caregivers & other healthcare organizations. 
• Passion and aptitude for research and data mining; strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to function with a high level of autonomy. 
• Access to reliable transportation; willingness to spend time in the field when necessary. 
• Reliable internet access required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Where You'll Be
This position will be remote and we are open to any candidate who lives in the continental United States. However, we require that this person work one of the following schedules in either Central or Eastern time.

• 9:00am-5:30pm
• 11:00am-7:30pm

What You’ll Do 

As Patient Engagement Associate with Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for telephonic outreach to prospective members (parents, family members, caregivers) and helping them get enrolled and set up with Imagine’s app-based technology. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact families and walk them through the process of successfully downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit. 
• Effectively communicate Imagine services and overcome parent/family objections. 
• Represent Imagine Pediatrics to parents and families of medically complex children. 
• In coordination with Local Outreach Team, support telephonic outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients. 
• Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to prospective members. 
• Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets.
