About the role

The Manager of Account Management is responsible for the excellent delivery of services across all lines of business. This role requires strong communication skills and imaginative, bold thinking in all situations. At times, the Manager must be able to lead teams, composed of various internal resources, partners, and customer resources.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $90,000 - $95,000 annually and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered. Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $220,000 - $230,000 which includes a base salary of $115,000, and a variable target compensation of $115,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. • 2+ years of Retirement Services experience, with a proven track record of managing 401(k) plan administration and ensuring strict adherence to ERISA compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) to manage the full case lifecycle, including logging new requests, navigating through historical data, and driving open items to resolution.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, and external recordkeepers to resolve complex plan issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Demonstrated passion for customer service excellence with proven ability to create outstanding client experiences across every interaction

About the role

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated RFP Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for handling technical documentation, inquiries and proposals to secure new sales and maintain existing partnerships. Proactively update RFP portals and regularly complete Due Diligence Questionnaires for various partners, prospective customers and go to market strategies. Develop and implement automation to reduce repetitive tasks resulting in enhanced efficiency and less workload for the team.

As a RFP Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver best-in-class solutions to our partners and clients ensuring mutual success while exceeding expectations.

• 1-3 years of experience in Due Diligence, Sales support, RFP/proposal writing, Partner management and communication, preferably in the fintech, Insurance, Financial Services or SaaS industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Accuracy and formatting abilities are critical.
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to proactively engage with internal experts to extract accurate answers for complex questions. Willingness to understand, work autonomously and coordinate timely responses with internal departments and SME’s.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques.
• Familiarity with external financial service partners and external proposal products while an understanding of the broader financial services ecosystem is a plus.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $70,000 - $75,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered. About the role

Human Interest, the Retirement Industry Disruptor, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Wholesaler to join our dynamic sales team. The Internal Wholesaler will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of an assigned territory, primarily partnering with external wholesalers, and driving the adoption of our retirement plan solutions among financial advisors and plan sponsors. This role is critical in maintaining and growing our market share through frequent outbound communication, timely internal support, and product knowledge.

• Proactively conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing advisors to drive sales, promote product solutions, and schedule meetings for the External Wholesaler
• Partner closely with the assigned External Wholesaler to develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan, focusing on identifying and cultivating relationships with key financial advisors and intermediaries
• Monitor and present on an accurate pipeline to the Associate Director of Advisor Sales
• Field inbound calls and respond to advisor inquiries regarding product features, pricing, investment options, plan design, regulatory updates, and the proposal process
• Effectively articulate our value proposition, innovations, and velocity compared to our modern and legacy competitors
• Manage a full sales process for select opportunities

Relationship Management and Service

• Serve as an on-demand point of contact for financial advisors within the territory, providing timely and accurate information and exceptional support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, advisor interactions, and pipeline progress within Salesforce and Outreach
• Design and execute prospecting and nurturing campaigns in Outreach 
• Drive follow-up activities and timeline, including sending marketing materials, proposals, docusigns, and other requested documentation

Product and Market Expertise

• Develop a deep understanding of our 401(k) recordkeeping platform, administrative capabilities, participant services, and fee structure in addition to our implementation and ongoing service structures
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., ERISA, SEC), and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions. Become an expert and quickly delivering talk tracks and listening for key clues from advisors

What you bring to the role

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the 401(k) industry 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales support goals in a high-activity environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach

Nice to have

• Prior experience as an Internal Wholesaler in the 401(k) or defined contribution space
• Professional designations such CRPS, QKA, AIF, CPFA, ChFC, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of retirement plan regulatory bodies and legislation (FINRA, SEC, ERISA) and plan design

• Partner with Senior Director, business leaders and integrations to ensure enhancements and requested functionality are developed and implemented in a timely manner and to the requirements of the partners.
• Participate in the execution of strategic plans commensurate with immediate planned HMC partnership growth

Human Interest is seeking a high-performing Retirement Sales Activation Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for driving efficiency, velocity, and customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a passion for optimizing processes, managing performance, and exceeding aggressive targets.

You will be accountable for hitting key performance metrics, identifying and solving operational blockers, and leading your team to consistently launch a high volume of plans while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $140,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary range of $100,000 - $105,000, and a variable target compensation of $40,000 - $45,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Base pay is just one component of our Total Rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits. Additionally, employees receive stock option grants, enhancing long-term financial growth and investment in our company's success.

About the role

We’re seeking a Business Development Partner Manager to join our Partnership  team. This individual contributor role focuses on accelerating commercial outcomes by cultivating and expanding deep relationships with the largest accounting firms in North America.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator and relationship-builder who thrives in a matrixed organization, works seamlessly across functions, and is confident in navigating both internal leadership and senior external stakeholders. You’ll turn complex partner engagements into measurable business impact through thoughtful planning, precise execution, and cross-functional alignment.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in how Human Interest partners at scale—particularly in the accounting channel—while shaping new ways to drive long-term value for our customers and our partners.

What you get to do every day

• 5+ years of relevant experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management—ideally with enterprise or B2B partnerships.
• Experience working with large, complex external partners—preferably in accounting, consulting, fintech, or SaaS ecosystems.
• Strong ability to operate within and influence a matrixed environment, aligning diverse internal stakeholders toward a common goal.
• A demonstrated track record of turning partnership frameworks into tangible business impact.
• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills, with an ability to engage senior-level stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

• Partner Enablement: Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to ensure partners are up-to-date with the latest product features, tools, and best practices.
• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges within partner relationships, and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

What you bring to the role

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Direct experience working with or managing relationships in the accounting or professional services sector. 5+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably in the technology, fintech, or SaaS industries.
• Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partner relationships, with experience in negotiating contracts, setting expectations, and resolving conflicts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Sales/Marketing Experience: Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with assigned partners products, reporting, services, and the broader financial technology ecosystem is a plus.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $80,000 - $90,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. This position will also offer a variable target of $90,000.  All of our employees are offered a robust suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits.
