About the Role
HP IQ is looking for a highly organized Senior Design Producer to support and scale product design work across key verticals. This role is a liaison between product design, engineering, and partnerships teams, promoting cross-functional communication and collaboration. This position also manages product pilots and qualitative research schedules.
Our ideal candidate is able to effortlessly manage multiple product work streams, competing priorities, and able to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment while keeping all design deliverables on track.
What You Might Do
- Partner with a product lead to define scope, develop roadmaps, and prioritize product design deliverables
- Collaborate with Engineering Project Managers to develop design project schedules, coordinating and tracking designer activity to ensure timely delivery
- Support a hybrid creative project management methodology in tandem with an Agile software development approach, moving with ease between organizational systems
- Manage product qualitative research schedules, product pilots, schedules and implementation
- Motivate the team enthusiastically, promoting a deep sense of individual belonging and a culture of inclusivity
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-house experience managing projects of multidisciplinary creative teams
- 4+ experience in consumer electronics, software design, digital media project management
- Experience working with teams engaging in qualitative research
- Background in visual art, art education, hardware or product design
- PMP Certification or coursework in project management
- Experience in new product development from ideation to launch

About The Role
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior User Experience Designer & Architect to shape the structure and flow of AI-powered products and systems. In this hybrid role, you will work at the intersection of AI model capabilities, user experience, and content architecture to ensure our intelligent systems are intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, engineers, and designers—to develop frameworks that support human-centered AI interactions. Your work will define how users navigate and make sense of complex data, natural language responses, and predictive features.
What You Might Do
- Design intuitive information architectures for AI-driven interfaces and tools.
- Create sitemaps, user flows, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content models.
- Develop guidelines for content hierarchy and interaction design across conversational interfaces and generative AI features.
- Advocate for scalable design systems that support personalization, accessibility, and data privacy in AI-powered environments.
- Define and document structural standards, templates, and navigation strategies to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Analyze and refine user journey maps for complex, multi-modal AI experiences.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Information Architecture, UX Design, or Interaction Design.
- Experience working in the AI space.
- Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Miro,, etc.) and IA methodologies.
- Deep understanding of UX heuristics, human-centered design, and cognitive load principles.
- Ability to visualize and communicate complex information structures clearly.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—comfortable presenting to stakeholders and guiding cross-disciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with conversational UI, voice UX, or LLM-based experiences.
- Familiarity with content design and structured content management.
- Background in psychology, cognitive science, or human-computer interaction (HCI).
- Experience working in agile and design-led development environments.

About The Role
The IQ Design team is dedicated to creating simple, delightful, and transformative user experiences. We’re passionate about developing innovative yet familiar interfaces that feel like natural extensions of the human experience. As a Senior Digital Product Designer, you’ll imagine, design, prototype, and ship compelling new AI experiences. You love experimenting, engaging deeply in the design process, and iterating continuously on concepts until they feel “just right” (and even then, you keep exploring ways to improve). - Explore, design, and ship new experiences powered by AI
- Collaborate with fellow designers and engineers to refine and improve existing experiences

Essential Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience designing, prototyping, and shipping digital products
- Fluency in digital product design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Experience prototyping with tools such as Figma, Origami, ProtoPie, or Play
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong foundation in user-centered design principles, visual design, and typography
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and exploring undefined spaces
Preferred Skills
- Strong familiarity with modern mobile, desktop, and web platforms and their interaction patterns
- Deep experience creating high-fidelity prototypes with tools like Origami Studio, SwiftUI, or web technologies (WebGL, React, JavaScript)
- Advanced understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and shader design
- Experience building design systems, reusable components, iconography, and typographic systems
- Hands-on experimentation with AI technologies such as LLMs, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or ComfyUI
- Experience designing conversational or agentic software experiences
- Interest or experience in tinkering, physical prototyping, interactive objects, or bridging digital and physical experiences

About The Role
We're seeking a Lead Designer to join our Intelligent Systems Design team. If you are a Digital Product Designer ready to move beyond traditional interface paradigms, this role offers the opportunity to help shape foundational aspects of our AI-powered experiences, with a particular focus on reimagining how computers remember, understand, and surface information. You'll alternate between deep exploratory work and shipping features that will fundamentally change how people interact with technology.
Working across Ai Pin, Cosmos, and the broader HP product line, you'll tackle challenges like designing AI-powered memory systems and creating interfaces that understand and respond to people's needs. Success in this role requires both creative vision and the technical ability to build and validate ideas using real AI technology. You'll have the space to explore challenging problems while maintaining a clear focus on shipping products that work.
Our goal is to create technology that feels obvious once you experience it. We're looking for designers who can envision a world where computing enhances our human capabilities rather than demanding our attention. What You Might Do

- Ability to balance exploratory design work with practical implementation constraints
