About the Role
As a Senior Care Center Manager (Senior CCM), you will serve as a key operational leader responsible for overseeing multiple clinic sites (typically two) and driving performance, consistency, and culture across locations. This is a step beyond single-site management—you are accountable not just for execution, but for scaling best practices, developing leaders, and ensuring operational excellence across clinics and teams.
You will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure clinics deliver high-quality, high-touch care while meeting clinical, operational, and financial goals.
A successful Senior CCM operates as both a player-coach and systems thinker—able to zoom in on day-to-day challenges while also building the structures and people needed for long-term success.
What You'll Do
Lead Multi-Site Operations & Performance
- Provide leadership and foster collaboration across team members in Hopscotch clinics to deliver best-in-class patient care, support care teams and achieve goals around clinical outcomes, quality, operational and financial performance
- Partner with physician and clinical leaders to enable successful clinical, operational, and financial outcomes and ensure they have the appropriate support needed
- Collaborate with teams across the company to share clinic information, identify/resolve/escalate issues and concerns, and support on-going training and development
Build & Develop High-Performing Teams
- Manage, coach, and mentor multidisciplinary teams of professionals across clinic locations
- Build team member capability across clinics through coaching, feedback, and development planning
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support hiring, onboarding, and talent planning across sites
Support Best-In-Class Patient Care
- Advocate for patients and team members and foster a patient-centered, positive and supportive work culture
- Oversee care delivery for up to 1,000+ patients, ensuring patients receive superb care they would willingly refer others to in the community
- Collaborate with physician and clinical leaders to ensure alignment between clinical and operational priorities
- Ensure PCPs and care teams have the support needed to deliver high-quality care
- Help navigate complex operational or team challenges that impact care delivery
Drive Operational Excellence
- Ensure strong execution of core operational processes across all sites (scheduling, billing, workflows, compliance)
- Standardize and optimize processes to improve efficiency and patient experience
- Oversee clinic facilities and operational needs across locations
- Support and lead implementation of new initiatives, tools, and workflows
Own Financial & Metric Performance
- Manage and influence P&L performance across multiple clinics
- Track, analyze, and act on key performance metrics across sites
- Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Ensure clinics are meeting targets tied to value-based care performance
Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
- Maintain compliance across sites with all regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, etc.)
- Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively
Impact Community & Growth Efforts
- Support growth across clinics, including patient acquisition and community engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners
- Ensure each clinic is a strong ambassador for Hopscotch in its local market
About You
You’re a strong operator and people leader who knows how to scale what works. You’re comfortable owning outcomes across multiple teams and locations—and you don’t lose sight of the human side of leadership while doing it.
Experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, including managing managers or multiple teams
- Experience overseeing multi-site operations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success driving operational, financial, and quality performance
- Experience working in value-based care or complex care models preferred

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role on the Care team for Hopscotch to serve our patients, enable patient outcomes and create a positive patient experience. As part of the Care team, this professional will be one of the first individuals to engage the patients during a clinic visit and will work across the team to communicate, identify patient needs and execute on care plans to ensure patient care is delivered.
This is a full-time role is based at our Asheville location.
Compensation range for this position is between $18 - $24 per hour depending on clinic location and candidate experience/qualifications.

What You'll Do
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will provide support to the physician and care team as well as the patient to enable positive patient outcomes and a positive patient experience by end-to-end preparation for physician visit and more broadly. Specific responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Engage patients prior to provider visit, prepare and set expectations
- Plan for any necessary services or steps required in the clinic (e.g. flu vaccine, blood draw)
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, safe, and ready for patient visits
- Ensure efficient patient flow by preparing for the visit, rooming patients in a timely manner, getting necessary information, and assisting the provider with staying timely on their schedule
- Obtain vital signs, patient status and needs, and review medications
- Collects phlebotomy and other lab specimens; performs basic waived lab tests.
- Deliver patient screenings per protocols and assists physician as needed
- Provide patient care in line with training, certification and regulations (e.g. vaccine administration)
- Catalogs and communicates patient needs to the PCP and broader Care team
- Supports other diagnostic and care needs for the patient, in collaboration with Care team
- As directed and in line with certification, supports pharmacy medication dispensing
- Schedule diagnostic testing
- Apply or assist with application for Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
You will also collaborate with the Care team and provide support to patients, as needed, outside of the provider visit including:
- Provide telephonic support to patients, in line with protocols and physician direction
- Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care and clinical operations
The role also requires support maintenance of the clinic, including equipment and facility upkeep including:
- Order supplies and stock exam rooms
- Conduct routine quality control checks, including infection control measures, equipment QAs, and check for expired medication and supplies
About You
You would be a great fit for this position if you have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education (GED)
- Graduated from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program OR comparable healthcare vocational training
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the healthcare industry, preferably as a Medical Assistant in a hospital, medical clinic or comparable environment OR documented clinical rotation training can be substituted for work experience
- Certification in BLS (including CPR)

What You'll Do
As a Primary Care Physician for our Asheville, NC clinic, you will provide day-to-day leadership for the clinic teams and deliver high-quality care, an exceptional patient experience and a best-in-class culture, acting as a Champion of the Hopscotch Care Model and a Culture advocate for your team and your patients. Specifically, you will:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the comprehensive and interdisciplinary care model of Hopscotch health to deliver best-in-class outcomes and results for your dedicated patient panel
- Outperform against target metrics and outcomes, including patient experience, STARS/HEDIS, care coordination, utilization and cost of care, through collaboration and engagement of your clinical care team
- Provide direct oversight of your clinical care team, including Hopscotch Advanced Practitioner, Medical Assistant, Care Manager, Community Health Worker and others
- Proactively communicate across the care team and advocate for the patient, understanding patient needs, developing care plans and delivering care to enable positive outcomes
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a dedicated panel of patients, including office visits and telehealth visits for routine and acute primary care issues. This includes delivery of all types of patient visits, including Annual Wellness Visits, as well as patient outreach, triage, and care in the community as needed
- Develop trust with patients and caregivers, help them garner trust in broader care team, engage them to educate on care plans and strategies for wellness and prevention
- Drive excellence with a “continuous-improvement” mindset, following evidence-based guidelines and innovating on care models that solve real problems for our patients
- Set the curve for Care team through clear understanding and execution to deliver care in the Hopscotch care model, a commitment to results, quality and excellence and by executing against key workflows and processes to enable the model
- Co-lead Daily Huddles and High-Risk Huddles in partnership with CMRN to prepare the care team to best meet the needs of your patients
- Lead by example and drive execution across team for all critical elements of clinical workflows in an accurate and timely manner for preparation, delivery and follow through of patient visits, including documentation and coding
- Actively participate in all Clinical Forums, providing feedback, driving action and ensuring that key discussion points and takeaways are cascaded to your clinic Providers and other team members as appropriate
- Support integration, transformation, and on-going operational excellence at the clinic, including but not limited to comprehensive care model training, migration to athena EMR, renovations of the clinic, onboarding of new care teams roles, and reassignment of roles for the existing team members
