About The Role

As Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery, you will own the systems, integrations, and operational processes that get every Hone patient their medications on time, every time. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner closely with our engineering, pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams to build reliable, scalable fulfillment infrastructure across both Rx and non-Rx product lines.

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, spanning prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, and the tooling that powers Hone’s pharmacy technology and operations teams
• Own end-to-end medication delivery reliability, defining the metrics, building the visibility, and partnering across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure every patient receives their medication on time, every time

About You

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally as a PM working closely with backend systems, third-party integrations, and operational teams
• Strong technical fluency - comfortable reading API docs, writing integration specs, and partnering closely with engineers on architecture decisions
• Experience shipping fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products. Healthcare or DTC pharmacy experience preferred

The Role

Hone is looking for a RN Clinical Navigator to join our team. As someone with a clinical background, you are responsible for supporting doctors and their patients with their medical care. You will review, triage, and escalate physician and patient issues in collaboration with the customer service, clinical, and operations teams so that patients have the best experience with Hone. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires excelling in an unstructured setting and using clinical judgment to make decisions. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable weekend nurse to join our clinical team.  

Hone offers virtual care for both men and women seeking support for hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, thyroid concerns, and longevity medicine. Clinical experience in these areas is not required, however we are seeking candidates who are passionate about helping patients live long, healthy lives.  

Primary Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Manage communications between patients and doctors and associated documentation as required, e.g. FSA-related letters, medical referrals, labs, etc.

This is an org-wide AI enablement role, not a traditional marketing or technical position. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have the organizational visibility and authority to identify, build, and implement AI-powered automation across Hone's business — starting with Marketing and expanding into Operations, Customer Service, and beyond.

Your first major project will be building an automated content pipeline for the CEO's personal brand: taking content (photos, raw video footage) and transforming it into a scalable, AI-assisted system for ideation, drafting, and distribution across media platforms. This project serves as both an immediate business priority and a proof of concept for the broader automation playbook you'll bring to the rest of the organization.
