Plumbing Service Tech

We’re hiring an experienced Plumbing Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and expert residential plumbing service.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and leadership abilities. If you’re ready to grow with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures. Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties. Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring). Attend training meetings and continue professional development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Work with the lead installer to complete projects from start to finish paying close attention to details. Educate customers on the use of the new systems.
- Customer interaction: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and courteously. Address client concerns and explain solutions clearly and professionally. Present products and services to optimize the home's system. Present resources for financing and various ways to enhance customer experience with our company.
- Safety and compliance: Follow all safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license. Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Paid Training starts June 1st at our Arizona locations
NO COLD CALLING - this is a true Plumbing Inspection position with a Customer Service and In-Home Sales aspect
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping homeowners, presenting solutions, and earning an hourly rate + commission, while learning a high-demand trade from experienced professionals. You’ll receive comprehensive training in plumbing systems, in-home sales, and product solutions, setting you up for long-term success.
What You’ll Do After Training
In-Home Consultative Sales & Inspections
- Conduct plumbing safety inspections in residential homes
- Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction!
- Identify system needs and present repair, replacement, and maintenance options
- Educate homeowners on solutions, pricing, and value—no high-pressure selling
Plumbing Knowledge & Solutions
- Learn to diagnose common plumbing issues including:
- Kitchen disposals
- Bathroom features
- Water heater repair and replacement
- Preventative maintenance solutions
- Recommend services that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability
Skills/Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience
- In-home or consultative sales experience is a strong plus
- Great for anyone who has worked in a retail, food service, or customer facing role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed financially
- Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, climbing, confined spaces)
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment
- A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.
