We’re looking for a driven and analytical (Junior) Finance Manager (FP&A) to join our Finance team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll take ownership of core financial planning and analysis activities, including monthly management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into insights that shape strategic decisions.
Your mission:
You’ll play a key role in scaling and professionalizing our Finance function. This includes continuously improving our FP&A processes, increasing automation across reporting and forecasting workflows, and leveraging modern tools including AI-driven solutions to enhance data quality, speed, and decision-making.
You’ll gain broad exposure to all of Hive’s markets, service offerings, and financial dynamics, developing a strong understanding of how each contributes to our overall business model and long-term growth.

Germany and Poland sit at the core of Hive's business. Germany is our home market, and Poland is one of our most strategically important fulfillment regions. This role owns end-to-end partner operations for both.
As Senior Strategic Partner Manager DE/PL, you will own Hive's delivery, freight, and fulfillment partner portfolio across Germany and Poland, while leading a small, high-impact team. You'll be accountable for everything from commercial partner relationships down to operational performance at our partner sites, and be the face of operations for these two markets, internally with our Growth Team and externally with our most important carrier and 3PL partners.
You'll do this with two direct reports: a Junior Strategic Partner Manager, and a Special Operations Manager based in Poland.
