About the Role
We’re looking for an Art Director (Product Design) to elevate the creative and visual quality of Hello Heart’s product experiences.
This is a hands-on role for a designer with exceptional craft and a strong product mindset—someone who can bring creative excellence (extra flare) into complex UX challenges. You’ll work closely with the VP of Product Design to ensure a high bar of visual quality, interaction design, and consistency across a growing B2B2C ecosystem that includes a connected device, AI-driven features, and behavior-change experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and elevate the visual and creative quality bar across product experiences
- Lead the design of high-impact product features and key user flows
- Bring strong art direction into UX/UI, especially in complex and data-heavy scenarios
- Define and evolve UI patterns, layouts, and visual systems across the product
- Translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions
- Stay hands-on, contributing directly to design execution on critical work
- Run critiques and provide high-signal feedback to elevate overall design craft
- Mentor designers with a focus on execution, clarity, and creative thinking
- Explore and apply AI tools in design workflows
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in product design / UX/UI
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role
- Strong skills in UI, UX, interaction design, and information architecture
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high craft and creative problem solving
- Experience working on complex digital products
- Ability to balance creativity with usability and clarity
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering
- Familiarity with AI tools - must
- Mastery of Figma and modern design tools

About the Role:
We're hiring a Director of Product Design to own the craft and quality bar across Hello Heart's product experiences and go-to-market surfaces. Reporting to the VP of Product Design, you'll be a hands-on design leader, keeping UI quality, UX patterns, and brand cohesion consistent as we scale across a B2B2C portfolio that spans a connected device, AI features, and behavior change.
You'll directly shape our highest-stakes launches and executive storytelling, push AI-forward design workflows, and tighten collaboration with Engineering, without compromising trust, privacy, or accessibility.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the "AI-first" product design vision: Establish UX patterns for AI-driven product experiences, while architecting internal frameworks and using generative tools to accelerate the entire product design lifecycle
- Uphold the visual quality bar across product lines and go-to-market by being hands-on on the highest-stakes work: directly designing key launch moments, executive storytelling assets, and solutions to complex visual and interaction problems, with consistent brand expression across the portfolio.
- Define and maintain cross-product UX patterns and layout guardrails: navigation, data presentation, key screens, and visual style, without adding process overhead.
- Act as a craft delegate to the VP of Product Design, running critiques and first-pass reviews, surfacing risks early, and accelerating decisions.
- Coach designers and writers through pragmatic, high-signal feedback, with a focus on user understanding, trust, and actionability for people managing heart health.
- Support hiring, portfolio calibration, and selective external representation to reinforce our quality bar and attract people excited by AI, hardware, and health outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Practical fluency with AI tools used in UX work: LLM assistants, AI-enabled design features, generative media, research synthesis, applied to real delivery and not just experimentation.
- 10+ years of product design experience, including leadership on strategic products with measurable impact and clear evidence of designing for behavior change.
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and information architecture skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates craft and clarity in data-heavy, high-trust experiences.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring designers and influencing cross-functional product development, particularly in complex B2B2C models where both partners and end users matter.
- Strong product storytelling and communication skills, able to drive alignment and make quality tradeoffs explicit in terms of user and business outcomes.
- Solid grounding in user research and evidence-based decision-making, with instincts for clarity, accessibility, and trust across diverse users.
- Mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and design documentation practices.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment, driving progress through influence across a multi-product portfolio that includes a connected device.

About the role:
Hello Heart is seeking an exceptional, versatile strategy Director to lead our most complex and business-critical opportunities. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, you’ll act as an owner-operator — jumping into ambiguous challenges, designing solutions, and driving outcomes that accelerate growth. Whether it’s unlocking new markets, creating commercial strategies for new product lines, or scaling operational infrastructure, you’ll own high-impact initiatives from zero to one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from problem definition through implementation. Build clear project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Go deep into high-impact strategic challenges such as unlocking new markets, expanding within existing ones, or commercializing new product lines.
- Own the analytics behind the initiative you're leading in collaboration with finance, product, and go-to-market teams (e.g. market sizing, policy analysis, forecasting, and pricing)
- Break down highly complex, ambiguous business problems into structured components. Develop clear, actionable recommendations and lead the business through solution design and decision-making
- Define success upfront. Establish and track KPIs and OKRs that are tied to the specific problem at hand. Build tools and processes to monitor progress and drive accountability.
- Operate as the owner of your initiative — driving it from strategy to execution with tight coordination, structured communication, and clear deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance how work gets done; designing and deploying automated, multi-step workflows that accelerate research, analysis, decision making, and execution
- Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) required
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy required (BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives from zero to one and push through ambiguity to drive results.
- Highly analytical and strong critical thinking, able to break down a complex problem into manageable pieces and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Growth mindset and flexibility are a must. Comfortable jumping into unfamiliar domains
- Bias toward action, urgency, and taking full responsibility for delivering outcomes
- Experience working with or in a startup environment
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000.00 to $220,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are looking for a Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of our day-to-day financial operations and payroll for our Israel-based team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle bookkeeping and oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and accountability.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws and tax regulations, support month-end and year-end closing processes, and assist with audit preparation. This is a hands-on role suited for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working across multiple financial systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle bookkeeping activities through the trial balance stage
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for Israel-based employees
- Ensure full compliance with Israeli tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports, including Forms 102 and 126
- Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and supporting documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
- Work with financial systems, including NetSuite, Michpal, and related tools
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across finance operations
- AI Proficiency & Tech-Forward Mindset: Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize financial workflows, automate data analysis, and improve the speed and accuracy of reporting.
- 2–3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll
- Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 or 3) and Certified Payroll Clerk
- Proven experience with full-cycle bookkeeping through trial balance and month-end close
- Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll, labor laws, and tax reporting requirements
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Michpal, and Excel (or similar systems)
- Experience in a high-tech company or CPA firm — an advantage
- Fluent in Hebrew and high-level English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
