About the Role:
Hello Heart is seeking a talented Director, Consultant Relations who will play a critical part in our commercial team by supporting the sales team, focusing on consultant relations. The role will be responsible for helping to build and cultivate relationships in the consulting community, as well as educating consultants on our value proposition and key differentiators. This role is critical to Hello Heart’s growth strategy, and we are seeking individuals with in-depth knowledge of the consulting space, existing relationships, and a passion for digital health solutions.

About the Role:
Hello Heart is currently looking for a Director, Client Strategy and Growth, to join our growing Customer Experience Team. As a leader within Hello Heart, you will be at the forefront of virtual care helping clients empower their members to improve their heart health and reduce costly events like heart attacks and strokes.
Your role will specifically focus on client retention and growth, collaboratively developing the client strategy to nurture the relationships in your assigned book of business.

4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology companies, ideally with experience in B2B2C environments.

Previous experience partnering with global teams, working across multiple time zones while driving results.
Excellent analytical skills, with comfort in data-driven decision-making and ambiguity.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities; able to articulate product value and align teams around a shared vision.
Familiarity with modern AI tools and a strong interest in applying AI to improve product development processes and user experiences.

About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Vice President, Customer Success to lead and scale a high-impact client success organization. You will own retention, growth, and client health while building the systems, talent, and operating rigor required to deliver consistent results across segments.
Reporting into our Chief Client Officer, you will lead a team of Customer Success leaders and Managers, enabling them to translate strategy into clear action, strong stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

About the role:
As our Accounting Manager, Revenue and Billing, you will own billing, revenue, and collection operations. Reporting to our Finance Director, Revenue and Billing, you will manage the entire billing and revenue cycle process, ensuring that customer contract terms are accurately reflected in our internally developed system. You will also be responsible for performing monthly close activities, managing all incoming physical documentation, and partnering with external auditors during annual audits. This is a hybrid position, expected to work out of our Menlo Park office at least three days per week.

Our Vice President Sales, Strategic Employer Accounts, will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with top benefits executives within employer-sponsored health plans, securing new business through direct contracts and channel sales, as well as working with key strategic partners and benefits consultants. Our team members must be willing to wear multiple hats and adapt to different situations as Hello Heart continues to grow and expand throughout the United States. A true consultative approach with prospective clients and their trusted partners is essential to success in this role.
