Role Summary

Heartflow is seeking a highly skilled, organized Marketing Communications Manager to drive the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, support product adoption, and reinforce our category leadership in coronary artery disease (CAD) management.

This role sits at the center of communications planning and execution—translating marketing and product priorities into high-impact campaigns, content, and communications. The ideal candidate is both a strong marketer and a disciplined project manager: someone who can orchestrate complex initiatives across internal stakeholders and external partners, while maintaining a high bar for quality, speed, and consistency.

You will play a critical role in bringing Heartflow’s story to life across product launches, digital campaigns, trade shows, and core marketing channels — ensuring every touchpoint delivers clarity, credibility, and clinical impact.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, events, and sales channels
Translate strategic briefs into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure alignment across brand, product marketing and commercial teams

Product Launches & Announcements

Support planning and lead execution of product launches, updates, and key announcements
Coordinate cross-functional inputs to develop launch materials and go-to-market assets
Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful launch readiness

Content & Channel Development

Oversee development of:

Digital campaigns (paid + organic)
Website content and updates
Sales collateral and enablement tools
Thought leadership and KOL-driven content

Ensure content aligns with brand standards, clinical accuracy, and strategic messaging

Trade Shows & Events

Support communications execution of national and regional trade shows
Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event communications and content
Partner with internal teams and KOLs to amplify presence and engagement

Project & Workflow Management

Own project timelines, workflows, and asset delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
Implement and manage efficient processes for briefing, review, and approvals
Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time, high-quality execution

Agency & Freelancer Management

Manage external agencies and freelance partners across creative, content, and digital execution
Develop clear briefs and ensure deliverables meet expectations for quality and performance
Optimize resource allocation across internal and external teams

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in marketing in med-tech, healthcare, or B2B environments
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience supporting product launches and integrated campaign execution
Familiarity with regulated environments and clinical content is needed

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $154,000-$175,000, and bonus. #LI-KS1

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting regulatory activities pertaining to successful pre-market development, continued new market entry, and post-market activities for Heartflow products.

This individual contributor role provides world-class regulatory support for Heartflow products, ensuring compliance with applicable global requirements while proactively navigating evolving regulatory landscapes.

This position is responsible for activities related to regulatory approval to market Heartflow products from development to post-market surveillance. He/she will be responsible for the assessment of device changes for regulatory impact and develop strategies for submissions and maintenance of documentation within the shifting framework of regulatory requirements worldwide in an efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Regulatory Project Management

Represent Regulatory Affairs on cross-functional teams (as necessary) to ensure regulatory alignment with business objectives and timely submissions.
Facilitate development of global regulatory strategies for Heartflow products through interfacing with internal (product teams) and external partners (distributors, authorized representatives, international regulatory team).
Review regulatory strategies with the RA management team to gain alignment on priorities and understanding of risks.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships and open communication channels with regulatory authorities and ensure all reporting requirements to external regulatory authorities are completed accurately and on time.

Regulatory Operations and Compliance

Maintain regulatory pre-market and post-market commitments and compliance (establishment registrations, certifications, reporting, special controls, etc) and related activities.
Support development of SOPs and internal guidance.
Ensure applicable regulatory requirements are considered and appropriately incorporated into projects to ensure compliance.
Manage worldwide submissions for new products and product changes as required to ensure timely approval for clinical studies and/or market release.
Provide on-going support to core and project teams for regulatory issues and questions. Find, interpret, and apply regulations and guidance appropriately for situations.
Support Quality organization as necessary in audits and initiatives.

Skills Needed:

Familiarity with current regulatory thinking around software and AI medical device software development.
Direct experience with previously demonstrated examples for generating modular submission documentation and working with various regulatory agencies (e.g. FDA, Notified Bodies).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Leadership and interpersonal skills to develop and manage good working relationships within Regulatory Affairs and with other internal departments (R&D, Product, Quality etc).
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and external partners.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple regulatory projects/initiatives.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field

Job Description:

Heartflow is seeking highly motivated MBA candidates for a Summer 2026 internship within multiple functional areas. This role offers an immersive experience in the health-tech industry, providing valuable exposure to business operations, commercial efforts, strategic analytics, and cross-functional leadership. Designed for top-tier MBA candidates, this role will focus on driving strategic value across Heartflow’s commercial and operational landscape with exposure to and mentoring from seasoned leaders.

Strategic Functional Areas:

Depending on business needs and candidate expertise, the intern will support one or more of the following pillars:

Commercial Strategy & Operations: Evaluate and operationalize commercial strategies to drive incremental business growth
Marketing: Support downstream marketing teams to drive growth of existing products through integrated campaigns
Business Development: Evaluate and guide recommendations on strategic partnerships, licensing, and/or institutional collaborations to progress Heartflow’s long-term strategy
Opportunity Assessments: Evaluate new business opportunities and help with prioritizing opportunities for Heartflow’s capital allocation strategy
Product: Analyze the market, understand voice of customer, synthesize insights and help drive the product roadmap for Heartflow
Operations: Analyze and evaluate production operations to uncover opportunities to drive improved operational excellence, workforce planning and production efficiency.

Skills Needed:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Valuable experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required; familiarity with Tableau and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) is a significant advantage.
A creative and flexible individual who can navigate ambiguity and prioritize demands effectively

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

Currently pursuing an MBA degree

A reasonable estimate of the hourly compensation range is $45.00-$60.00.

Job Description:

The Heartflow Leadership Development Program is a rotational program designed for high-potential Bachelor's degree graduates. Over two years, Analysts will gain broad, hands-on experience by supporting key projects across different business functions within the organization, providing a comprehensive understanding of the health-tech industry. Participants will receive mentorship and be positioned for accelerated growth within the company.

Strategic Functional Areas:

Depending on business needs, the Analyst will rotate through two or more of the following areas, gaining valuable experience:

Commercial Strategy & Operations: Assist in evaluating and implementing business strategies to help drive growth.
Marketing: Support marketing teams in executing campaigns to grow existing product lines.
Business Development: Research and contribute to recommendations on potential strategic partnerships or collaborations.
Opportunity Assessments: Help evaluate new business opportunities and support the prioritization process for company investment.
Product: Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and assist in developing the product roadmap.
Operations: Support the analysis of production processes to identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency and planning.

Skills Needed:

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $110,000 - $150,000 and bonus.
