Your mission
As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer on the Flight Software Team, you are responsible for all aspects the development of the software on the aircraft. You will interface with other engineers to develop and understand requirements, architect and writing high quality code, build tests and test infrastructure, documentation, and provide support through the software lifecycle. You will report to the Manager of Flight Software and collaborate with other engineers as part of a multi-functional team.
Every engineer on the team is responsible for laying the technological foundation for the aircraft software and supporting systems, including but not limited to implementing aircraft control functions on embedded systems, developing aircraft models and simulation tools, implementing critical fault tolerance mechanisms, and building hardware and software test systems.

Your mission
We are seeking a highly motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our Propulsion team. You will lead the design and integration of the hybrid propulsion, including but not limited to the inverters, motors, HV cables, with batteries, and in parallel with Turbomachinery. You will interface across mechanical, thermal, electrical, and flight control systems to deliver a fully integrated and certifiable hybrid Electric Propulsion Unit (EPU).

Your mission
As an innovative aerospace company entering production, we are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and shape the foundation of our manufacturing operations. You’ll be the first in this critical role, with the opportunity to influence everything from layout design to process systems, ensuring a world-class operation from day one.
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead the planning, setup, and daily execution of aircraft production. This is a unique opportunity to build a manufacturing floor and team from scratch. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and leadership to ensure the factory is optimized for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited by the challenges of revolutionizing the aerospace industry.
