- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Lead contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer happiness and success
- Help to recruit and build Central team
- At least 3 years formal sales leadership experience building and leading high performance sales teams.
- High career trajectory and potential.
- Someone with experience in a start-up environment.
- Consistent overachievement in previous roles.
- Significant enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience.
- Experience practicing and implementing a sales methodology, such as MEDDPICC.
- Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500.
- History of accurate forecasting and business reporting.
- Experience in working with Salesforce and other sales oriented tracking tools.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.The Salary Range For This Position Is $200,000 - $210,000.

About The Role
- World class presentation skills in delivering presentations/demos of our platform
- Able to work with customers directly to debug common errors
- Ability to tie business problems to technical solutions
- Capable of understanding and articulating technology value propositions
- Drive complex technical engagements with customers to prove the value of Harness solutions
About You
- You will be responsible for delivering a great product demonstration which tells a story of how our software provides value to our customer
- You will be responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- You will remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments on our technologies
- You either actively develop software, have a prior background as a developer, or worked with developers in a DevOps role
- Strong cloud knowledge, you worked with infrastructure automation such as Terraform
- You are able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- You are able to convey customer requirements to Engineering teams
- You are able to travel throughout a sales territory with minimal restrictions and occasionally on short notice

- Forecasting correctly, communicating clearly, aligning brilliantly with the rest of the team

- Managing full sales cycle from prospect to close

The OTE for this position is $280,000 - $325,000
Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
