As a member of Harbinger's Battery Manufacturing team, you will play an active role in producing all of the Battery Modules and Packs for the Vehicle Build Program. You will support the battery build prototype and production builds.

The General Assembly Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the chassis production line. This role ensures that production targets are met, quality standards are adhered to, and the production process is efficient and effective. The supervisor will lead a team of production workers, coordinate activities between departments, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and product quality. As the GA Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the assembly and test of our chassis and components. 

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes and that production targets and deadlines are met.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to production team members. Conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, and manage disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
