THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager to join our Partnerships team in Amsterdam!
Wellhub is officially expanding into the Benelux region, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As the first Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager in the region, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up—managing both the acquisition and retention of the wellness providers that will power our network. This is a rare opportunity to take on real leadership ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to new markets, and directly shape our long-term success in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Amsterdam office.
YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the “Longtail” Partner Sales and Success strategy, managing a diverse network of gyms and studios that will power the wellbeing of our corporate users. You will:
- Define and optimize the Benelux sales and success playbooks, ensuring a smooth transition from partner acquisition to long-term engagement.
- Implement localized onboarding and retention flows that support partner satisfaction and profitability across each country.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to align local priorities with global expansion goals, and partner with the Head of Partnerships to set and deliver on KPIs related to network growth, partner satisfaction, and retention.
- Establish clear ways of working and scalable processes to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the partner network.
- Personally lead the most complex processes, acting as a role model for the team in high-stakes negotiations with major partners.
- Analyze team performance metrics—from outbound to retention activity—to identify bottlenecks and implement creative solutions that support network growth.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure local processes are effective and that our partner offering remains competitive in the market.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership, ideally within a high-growth startup, HR-tech, or the fitness industry.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
- You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows.
- You thrive on building processes and have the commercial judgment to handle complex conversations with business owners across different markets.
- You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to coaching a team to meet and exceed growth and retention goals.
- You are highly proficient with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel, using data to inform your decisions.
- You are a supportive and direct people manager who knows how to develop and motivate a team.
- You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the Benelux workforce lead happier, healthier lives.

Wellhub is officially expanding into the Benelux region, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Partner Sales Managers in the region, you will play a key role in building our “Wishlist” strategy—identifying and signing some of the most important fitness and wellness partners across the region.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Amsterdam office.
YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the strategic acquisition and management of top-tier gym chains and boutique studios across the region. You will:
- Identify and sign key “Wishlist” partners across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, helping build the foundation of our regional network.
- Lead high-level commercial discussions and multi-stakeholder negotiations, navigating complex deals involving coordination with Legal, Finance, and Value Management teams.
- Manage and forecast a strategic sales pipeline, ensuring we meet network density targets for a successful market launch.
- Drive the positioning of Wellhub by applying our global strategy to the Benelux market, ensuring agreements are sustainable and mutually beneficial.
- Work closely with strategic partners on integration topics (API, access control, booking) to ensure a strong user experience.
- Own key partner relationships end-to-end, from initial conversations through to signed agreements and long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as CX and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding process for high-profile partners.
- Contribute to establishing Wellhub as a trusted partner for leading fitness brands in the Benelux region, securing the anchor partners that support our corporate growth.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record in complex, high-value negotiations.
- You communicate confidently in Dutch (native level or fluent), fluently in English (French is a strong plus).
- You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows.
- You enjoy simplifying complex topics and communicating effectively with C-level stakeholders across different markets.
- You have strong analytical skills and take a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to resolving challenges and moving deals forward.

- Act as a key source of market feedback, sharing regional insights and local nuances to help shape our supply strategy.

YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the “Longtail” Partner Sales and Success strategy, managing a diverse network of gyms and studios that will power the wellbeing of our corporate users. You will:
- Define and optimize the French sales and success playbooks, ensuring a smooth transition from partner acquisition to long-term engagement.
- Implement localized onboarding and retention flows that support partner satisfaction and profitability across the country.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to align local priorities with global expansion goals, and partner with the Head of Partnerships to set and deliver on KPIs related to network growth, partner satisfaction, and retention.
- Establish clear ways of working and scalable processes to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the partner network.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership, ideally within a high-growth startup, HR-tech, or the fitness industry.
- You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our Client Sales Development team in Paris!
Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first BDRs in the country, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up—generating pipeline, engaging HR leaders, and contributing to both the development of our local sales playbook and our go-to-market approach.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.
YOUR IMPACT
- Identify and map a strong pipeline of top-tier French prospects, engaging key HR stakeholders and decision-makers from scratch.
- Lead outbound activity across cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn) to generate and qualify new opportunities in a brand-new market.
- Drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub in France, clearly communicating our value proposition and mission to companies discovering us for the first time.
- Act as a key source of market feedback, sharing insights, objections, and local nuances to directly shape the strategy.
- Represent Wellhub at industry events and HR forums, building a strong network and increasing brand visibility in the French HR community.
