THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Spain! This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country. Please note that candidates must currently reside in Spain.

Join us at an exciting stage of growth at Wellhub, where you’ll play a key role in shaping our European expansion. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the region.

In this role, you’ll translate business needs into effective hiring strategies, helping to build high-performing teams that drive success in both established and new markets. YOUR IMPACT

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level, ensuring high-quality hires and alignment with business needs.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and ensure a seamless calibration through kickoff meetings.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
• Drive a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, providing timely feedback, and acting as a professional brand ambassador for Wellhub.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and formally propose improvements to increase the TA function's efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, and data accuracy (cost centers, candidate stages, and budget alignment) within our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by proactively sourcing from underrepresented groups and mitigating biases throughout the selection process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Ops, OD&B) to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-demand environments.
• Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and report recruitment metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to match financial budgets with candidate expectations regarding salary and benefits.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to attract diverse talent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Fluency in English and French is required for this role.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Variable Compensation Director, you will oversee all aspects of global sales compensation, including the design, implementation, and management of variable pay programs and incentive plans. • Strategic Business Integration: Deeply understand the global business model and financial drivers to architect a multi-year Total Rewards roadmap and design practices that accelerate growth and support the transition to a public company.
• Board-Level Influence: Proven experience partnering with Chief People Officers and Compensation Committees to design executive compensation and governance frameworks.
• Analytical Mastery: Capability in using data modeling and AI-driven analytics to provide insights into compensation effectiveness and workforce trends.
• Global Compliance & Transparency: Knowledge of international labor laws, particularly the EU Pay Transparency Directive and US mandates, with experience implementing compliance frameworks.
• Change Architecture: Skills in change management—shaping organizational culture, influencing at the C-suite level, and embedding adaptability.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to "translate" complex financial and reward concepts for diverse global audiences and investors.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $330,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to our People team in Spain.

You can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates currently residing in Spain. 

You will join the People team at an exciting moment for Wellhub. As Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Europe, you will lead regional hiring and develop a high-impact recruiting team to support our next stage of international expansion. Partnering with senior leaders, you will translate business priorities into workforce plans that enable organizational growth. You will be responsible for opening new markets, hiring the teams that will drive success in these regions. Beyond recruitment, you will drive data-driven initiatives and scalable practices to deliver high-quality outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategy and leadership while shaping the teams that power Wellhub’s continued European growth.

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead and grow the TA team, mentoring and empowering recruiters while scaling the function to support Wellhub’s growth across Europe.
• Drive high-impact, full-cycle recruitment and sourcing, managing key, strategic hires, external vendors (when necessary) and creative channels to reach the right talent.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce plans and talent strategies, including new markets such as France and Benelux.
• Provide market intelligence and benchmarking, conducting salary research and market analysis to guide leadership on competitive positioning and expansion strategies.
• Establish modern recruitment operations, standardizing processes, SLAs, scorecards, and leveraging ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with EU and local labor laws, and align all recruitment activities with internal policies and governance standards.
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion across sourcing, interviewing, and selection to build diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
• Leverage data and innovation to optimize performance, tracking TA metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire…), creating insights for leadership, and implementing AI/automation tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• A Talent Acquisition leader with 12+ years of experience, including 10+ years leading teams in high-growth tech environments or multinational organizations.
• Experienced in scaling teams and supporting regional or international expansion, with a proven track record of building the teams that enable growth in new markets.
• A collaborative leader who is passionate about developing and empowering high-performing teams that deliver real business impact.
• A confident communicator who can partner with C-level stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels.
• Curious and analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable hiring strategies.
• Energized by fast-paced, evolving environments, able to balance multiple priorities while keeping teams focused and motivated.
• Fluent in both English and French, with additional European languages considered a strong plus.

Nous recherchons un·e Talent Acquisition Senior Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe People en Espagne.

Ce poste est 100 % remote en Espagne: vous pouvez travailler depuis n’importe quelle ville du pays. Merci de noter que ce poste est ouvert uniquement aux personnes résidant actuellement en Espagne.

Vous rejoindrez Wellhub à un moment clé de notre développement. Vous piloterez la stratégie de recrutement régionale et développerez une équipe Talent Acquisition capable d’accompagner notre prochaine phase de croissance internationale.

En étroite collaboration avec les équipes dirigeantes, vous traduirez les priorités business en plans de recrutement et stratégies de talents. Vous jouerez également un rôle central dans l’ouverture de nouveaux marchés, en recrutant les équipes qui porteront notre développement local.

Au-delà du recrutement, vous contribuerez à structurer des processus de recrutement modernes, basés sur la donnée et évolutifs, afin d’assurer une expérience candidat de qualité et soutenir durablement la croissance de Wellhub en Europe.

VOS MISSIONS

• Manager et développer l’équipe Talent Acquisition Europe, en accompagnant les recruteurs et recruteuses et en structurant la fonction pour soutenir la croissance de Wellhub.
• Piloter des recrutements stratégiques en cycle complet (full-cycle), en travaillant avec les managers, les partenaires externes si nécessaire et des canaux de sourcing innovants.
• Collaborer avec les leaders de l’entreprise afin de définir les plans d’effectifs et stratégies de recrutement, notamment dans le cadre de l’expansion vers de nouveaux marchés comme la France et le Benelux.
• Apporter une veille marché et des analyses de benchmark, incluant études salariales et tendances recrutement, pour accompagner les décisions stratégiques.
• Mettre en place des processus de recrutement efficaces et scalables : standardisation des pratiques, définition de SLA, scorecards et optimisation de l’ATS (Greenhouse).
• Garantir la conformité avec la législation européenne et locale, ainsi que l’alignement avec les politiques internes.
• Promouvoir des pratiques de recrutement diverses, équitables et inclusives, dès le sourcing jusqu’à la sélection finale.
• Piloter la performance via la data et les indicateurs clés du recrutement (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire…), tout en explorant des outils d’automatisation et d’IA pour améliorer l’efficacité et l’expérience candidat.
• Incarner la mission Wellhub: placer le bien-être au cœur du travail, encourager un environnement sain et soutenir un équilibre durable entre vie professionnelle et personnelle.

VOTRE PROFIL

• Disposez d’au moins 12 ans d’expérience en Talent Acquisition, dont 10 ans en management d’équipe, idéalement dans des environnements tech en forte croissance ou des organisations internationales ;
• Avez déjà accompagné la croissance d’équipes et l’expansion vers de nouveaux marchés ;
• Êtes reconnu·e pour votre leadership collaboratif et votre capacité à faire grandir des équipes performantes ;
• Savez travailler avec des dirigeants et parties prenantes de niveau C-level, et influencer les décisions stratégiques ;
• Êtes analytique et orienté·e data, capable de transformer les insights en stratégies de recrutement concrètes ;
• Appréciez les environnements dynamiques et en évolution rapide, où il faut gérer plusieurs priorités.
• Important: maîtrise courante de l’anglais et du français. La connaissance d’autres langues européennes est un plus.

CONGÉ PAYÉS: Nous savons combien il est important de prendre du temps pour se ressourcer. Les collaborateurs bénéficient d’un minimum de 25 jours de congés payés par an, avec un jour supplémentaire par année d’ancienneté (jusqu’à 5 jours), en plus des jours fériés et d’un jour de congé supplémentaire pour leur anniversaire.
