THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Spain! This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country. Please note that candidates must currently reside in Spain.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Global Head of Total Rewards to our People Leadership team in New York City!
This role will lead the design and evolution of our global compensation and benefits strategy, providing oversight across compensation, incentives, and benefits. It will play a key role in strengthening our offerings in line with our wellness brand, while enabling expansion into new markets and supporting our journey toward becoming a public company.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $330,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

Vous rejoindrez Wellhub à un moment clé de notre développement. Vous piloterez la stratégie de recrutement régionale et développerez une équipe Talent Acquisition capable d’accompagner notre prochaine phase de croissance internationale.
En étroite collaboration avec les équipes dirigeantes, vous traduirez les priorités business en plans de recrutement et stratégies de talents. Vous jouerez également un rôle central dans l’ouverture de nouveaux marchés, en recrutant les équipes qui porteront notre développement local.
