THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CX Knowledge Base Specialist to our Customer Experience team in São Paulo.

Our mission is to continually elevate the overall customer experience by improving operations with a customer-centric mindset. As part of the CX Processes & Quality team, you will be responsible for managing our knowledge base and creating macro scripts that empower the CX Operation agents to provide seamless and quality support.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our knowledge base and scripts are optimized and ready for new products and features. Ultimately, you will directly improve the productivity and quality of our customer service for Wellhub Users globally.

YOUR IMPACT

• Create Clear Knowledge Base Documentation: Translate and curate technical processes, concepts and flows produced by other departments into clear, concise and easy to understand instructions to customer support agents and tech leads.    
• Maintain and Improve the Content: Perform continuous maintenance and review of all content for accuracy, organization, readability, and other requirements (format, style and tone).  
• Analyze and Report on Data: Monitor and report the knowledge base health, building reports and analysis on usage, patterns, trends etc to make suggestions of improvements.

We are hiring an Onboarding Training Analyst to our CX Enablement team in São Paulo! 

The CX Training team's objective is to prepare frontline teams with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to provide outstanding service to our customers. For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to deliver impactful training sessions and ensure our new hires are well-equipped to succeed. You will play a vital role in the onboarding process, from delivering training to monitor the post-onboarding results and managing our training materials.

YOUR IMPACT

• Deliver Training: You will be a key presence in the classroom, delivering engaging onboarding training sessions in both English and Portuguese. 
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure that our BPOs are delivering a high-quality onboarding experience by providing Train the Trainer (TTT) and Trainer Observation (TO).
• Analyze and Report on Data: Use post onboarding data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities, then create reports with clear, actionable insights.

WHO YOU ARE

• For candidates residing in São Paulo, the role follows a flexible model. You will be required to visit the office only when requested.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Ultimate AI - Zendesk integration is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with digital customer experience tools, including FAQ management and email automation.
• Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in UX Writing.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools is a plus.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CX Partners ROW Supervisor (Trilingual – English, Spanish & Portuguese) to our Business Transformation team in São Paulo - Brazil! 

This area serves as Wellhub's specialized voice and ear for our Partners ecosystem, providing technical and consultative support across multiple channels. They conduct meetings, expertly resolve complex issues, and ensure excellence in every interaction, transforming feedback into continuous improvement.

YOUR IMPACT

• Develop technical and cultural capabilities of the team through 1:1s, performance evaluations, IDPs, and feedback.
• Supervise real-time operations, team schedules, and time tracking.
• Supervise backlog, ensuring SLA compliance and operational flow.
• Highlight impacts and demonstrate urgency and criticality in tickets, while prioritizing action and follow-up on scalable cases (Tickets & Jiras)
• Conduct quality monitoring with structured feedback.
• Create materials and presentations to communicate results and insights.
• Promote improvements and innovations through sprints and project initiatives.
• Execute analyses and deep dives to identify opportunities for process and delivery improvements.
• Monitor team strategies daily, making necessary adjustments to ensure the best customer experience and achievement of Wellhub’s KPIs and OKRs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience strategies and initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree completed. Postgraduate is a plus.
• Experienced with CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Metabase, Darwin, Salesforce - if applicable) and Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Knowledge in Google Workspace, Jira, customer experience metrics, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum and Agile).
• Experience in people management and development in multichannel customer service teams.
• Familiarity with B2B service and Agile methodology.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Partner Migration Hub (PMH) sits at the core of Wellhub’s integration strategy, enabling seamless migration of partners between acquired companies and the Wellhub ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring a lossless, data-driven, and operationally smooth transition across networks while continuously improving the migration and onboarding experience.

YOUR IMPACT

• Migration Data Integrity: Lead the audit, cleaning, and consolidation of partner migration data, including commercials, contracts, content, and product information to ensure fully accurate, lossless migration across networks.
• CRM & Bulk Operations: Design and prepare structured batch upload files and support execution within Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Data Schema Mapping: Define and maintain mappings between Network A and Network B to ensure consistency and integrity across systems.
• Content Adaptation: Develop and localize network-specific content and operational assets required for successful partner activation in the new environment.
• Journey Optimization: Support the design and continuous improvement of migration and onboarding journeys, identifying friction points from notice to first transaction.
• Performance & Risk Monitoring: Track key KPIs (e.g., migration completion rate, onboarding time), detect stalled partners, and define intervention strategies.
• Proactive Recovery Management: Identify stalled states and coordinate proactive outreach through PMH agents to re-engage partners and unblock migration progress.
• Reporting & Cross-Functional Leadership: Build dashboards, deliver insights, and collaborate across PMI, Partner Ops, Integrations, Value Management, and Partnerships teams.

• Experienced Operator: 2–5 years in Operations, CX Ops, Finance Ops, RevOps, or analytical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Salesforce User: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM data structures.
• Advanced Excel Skillset: Confident using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex datasets into operational actions and insights.
• Excellent Communicator: Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous Problem Solver: Able to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
