Summary:

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for implementing and executing GW&K’s overall digital marketing roadmap across all market channels, with a focus on email marketing, CRM integration, and website management platforms. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Distribution, Channel Marketing, Content, and Creative to deliver targeted, data-driven campaigns that ultimately generate leads and expand GW&K’s overall footprint within our market channels.

Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing:
  • Build and execute segmented email campaigns, workflows, and nurture programs within HubSpot.
  • Leverage personalization, dynamic content, and A/B testing to improve engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize.
  • Maintain database hygiene, segmentation logic, and lead scoring frameworks.
  • Support distribution teams through content delivery and tracking via our sales enablement tool.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all digital and sales touchpoints.
  • Develop lifecycle campaigns aligned to advisor and institutional client journeys.

• Website and CMS Management:
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and campaign microsites using our CMS tools.
  • Partner with Content to publish insights as well as thought leadership.
  • Establish a seamless process for content posting, partner with internal teams to optimize the user experience, and improve website design.
  • Optimize user experience, SEO, and conversion pathways.
  • Incorporate GA4/SEO best practices and develop a data-driven marketing strategy.
  • Develop a roadmap for enhancements & future web development in conjunction with Marketing and senior management.

• Analytics & Optimization:
  • Partner with the Enterprise Data & Analytics team to efficiently use our CRM system for segmentation of contacts and capturing and evaluating results.
  • Provide insights to marketing and sales leadership; develop reporting dashboards showing results, customizing for various internal partners, including senior management, Marketing management, distribution leaders, and members of our sales teams.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize segmentation, messaging, and timing.
  • Ensure solid governance to meet legal and regulatory requirements on digital channels.

• Social Media & LinkedIn:
  • Support the ongoing management and growth of GW&K’s LinkedIn presence, building on recent increases in content output and engagement.
  • Partner with Content and Channel Marketing teams to publish and promote posts, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with broader campaigns.
  • Track basic engagement metrics (followers, impressions, engagement) and provide insights to help inform content strategy and improve performance over time.
  • Assist in evaluating opportunities for and setting up paid LinkedIn campaigns, including audience targeting and content amplification, as the firm evolves its social media strategy.
  • Ensure LinkedIn activity is coordinated with email, website, and broader marketing initiatives to support a consistent client experience.

Qualifications:

• Digital Marketing & Lifecycle Strategy:
  Bachelor’s degree required. Must have 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on email marketing, automation, and lifecycle campaign development. Experience within financial services or intermediary/institutional channels preferred.
• Marketing Automation & CRM Platforms:
  Must have hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns in automation platforms such as HubSpot. Requires working knowledge of CRM systems. Ability to translate business needs into scalable workflows, segmentation, and lead management processes.
• Segmentation & Personalization:
  Proven ability to build and manage audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and lead scoring frameworks to enhance engagement and conversion across channels.
• Website & CMS Management:
  Experience managing and optimizing websites and landing pages using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; understanding of UX/UI best practices, conversion optimization, and content publishing workflows. Visual design skills are a plus.
• Sales Enablement Integration:
  Familiarity with tools such as Seismic or similar platforms; ability to align marketing campaigns with sales distribution efforts and ensure seamless content delivery and tracking.

Summary:

The Fixed Income Portfolio & Data Analyst supports the firm's Municipal and Taxable Fixed Income investment teams through strategy attribution, portfolio positioning and characteristics analysis, and risk controls reporting. As a member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) team, this role serves as the primary analytical bridge between the fixed income investment professionals and the firm's broader reporting and data infrastructure. The analyst will manage recurring weekly and monthly deliverables, respond to daily ad-hoc requests from portfolio managers, and support the broader ED&A team with custom client requests, marketing material production, and RFP/DDQ responses.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain fixed income reporting (attribution, positioning, characteristics, and risk) on a recurring and ad hoc basis
• Develop and enhance Bloomberg PORT Enterprise views, groupings, and reports to support portfolio analysis and investment decisions
• Utilize BQL and BQuant to extract, analyze, and improve portfolio and market data workflows
• Act as the primary analytics partner to fixed income investment teams, delivering insights and addressing ad hoc requests
• Support creation and review of client-facing materials, including marketing content, factsheets, pitchbooks, RFPs, and DDQs
• Assist with custom analyses and deliverables for clients, including portfolio comparisons and investment illustrations

Summary:

The Associate Client Portfolio Manager will be an active member of the investment team and partner with sales, client service, and marketing to support business development efforts for GW&K’s equity investment strategies.  This client-facing role will involve presenting various equity strategies and performance to both existing and prospective clients across distribution channels and, importantly, partnering with internal stakeholders to support key initiatives and the overall Client Portfolio Management effort.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep knowledge of GW&K’s equity strategies, including philosophy, process, portfolio positioning, and performance drivers.
• Partner with Sales and Client Service to support business development and asset retention across channels.
• Present investment philosophy, process, performance, and market insights to clients, prospects, consultants, and internal teams.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly investment commentary and presentation materials, create value-added content and client materials, respond to written ad hoc client requests in collaboration with Marketing.
• Serve as an investment resource for client inquiries, due diligence, RFPs, and competitive analysis.
• Participate in investment meetings and strategy discussions as an integrated member of the equity team.
• Manage multiple internal initiatives while maintaining strong organization and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant investment industry experience.
• CFA designation or progress toward the CFA charter required.
• Strong equity market knowledge and exposure to the US Small Cap market; experience in equity product, research, sales, or related client facing roles preferred.

Summary:

The Operations Specialist supports key functions within Investment Operations, with a specific focus on trade settlements. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of trades by coordinating with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain efficient post-trade operations. The position also contributes to process improvements and operational initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support the timely settlement of fixed income and equity trades by coordinating with brokers, custodians, and internal teams
• Monitor and manage trade allocations and affirmations Charles River OMS, DTCC products, and other platforms
• Monitor electronic trade confirmations via DTC and reconcile broker confirmations against internal systems
• Identify, investigate, and resolve trade discrepancies prior to settlement to minimize risk
• Submit trade allocations and instructions to counterparties via electronic platforms and other communication channels
• Maintain and update delivery instructions across internal systems and DTCC ALERT to ensure accurate trade processing
• Preserve trade-related records, data files, and documentation

The Operations Specialist supports key functions within Investment Operations, with a focus on portfolio reconciliation and corporate actions processing. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client account data while partnering across teams to resolve discrepancies and support ongoing operational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for advisory, private wealth, and institutional accounts.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations using automated systems to ensure accounts and positions are accurate and in proof.
• Research and resolve cash, transaction, and position discrepancies between internal systems and custodians.
• Conduct daily data validation checks; investigate and resolve data integrity issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor corporate actions dashboards and related data sources to ensure timely and accurate processing of events.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers and traders to execute corporate action elections.
• Partner with trading to manage security-level trade restrictions as needed.
• Process transactions in core accounting systems to support client account activity.
• Communicate with custodians to confirm proper booking of corporate actions.

The Taxable Bond Portfolio Analyst will support portfolio managers and traders in managing fixed income portfolios across corporate, government, agency MBS, and other sectors. This role requires strong quantitative, technology, and analytical skills to evaluate performance, monitor risk, and support investment decisions across taxable bond strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze daily portfolio performance and risk exposures (duration, convexity, spread risk) across taxable bond strategies.
• Support portfolio managers and traders in implementing trade ideas, including modifying curve positioning and sector exposures.
• Monitor portfolios for adherence to client investment guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal risk limits.
• Contribute to scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate portfolio positioning relative to market events.
• Maintain internal models, dashboards, and databases used for monitoring and analysis.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly investment reports, including updated statistics, charts, and market commentary.
• Collaborate with marketing and client service teams to provide data for presentations and pitchbooks.
