At Guild Garage Group (GGG), we’re not just opening garage doors—we’re opening career opportunities.
Guild is a first-of-its-kind alliance of leading garage door brands, united by a shared mission to deliver unmatched residential service and craftsmanship. We are not a traditional private equity firm or a large faceless competitor. We are a community of owner-operators, bonded by values, built on trust, and committed to growing together.
When you become part of the Guild network, you’re joining more than a company—you’re joining a movement. Our brands stretch across the country, offering stable careers, room to grow, and the kind of support that only a strong coalition can provide. Whether you're a technician, installer, dispatcher, office manager, or aspiring leader, there’s a place for you in the Guild family.
We invest in people, not just profit. Guild preserves local leadership and teams, providing resources and tools to strengthen what already makes each brand great.
Employees stay. Cultures remain. Customers thrive. We believe in continuity and care, honoring the legacy of each business while elevating it with new capabilities.
We grow through partnership. Our growth model is rooted in respect, collaboration, and shared success—not corporate takeovers.
The garage door industry is changing—and Guild is leading that change with integrity and intention. We partner with local companies in all phases of their journey, whether they’re scaling up, planning for succession, or seeking a long-term exit strategy. We meet them where they are, and we help take them where they want to go.
Historically, guilds protected craftsmanship, upheld standards, and elevated the trades. At GGG, we’re doing the same in the modern age—raising the bar for what a career in the trades can look like. Through mentorship, career paths, and shared values, we’re building a network where talented individuals can thrive.
Come work with one of the many respected brands under the Guild umbrella and discover how your skills can shape the future of residential service. Whether you're just starting out or bringing decades of experience, there’s a place for you in the Guild.
Your craft. Your future. Your Guild.
