Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Recruiter to manage and drive end-to-end hiring for our Tokyo office. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.

A Day in Your New Role:  

• Own full-cycle recruitment for our Japan hirings across different departments, including sourcing, direct candidate outreach, interviewing, and offer management
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across multiple departments
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process
• Implement data-driven recruitment practices and track key metrics (time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes and share best practices across regions

What You Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 
• 2 to 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, in-house or agency
• Native fluency in Japanese
• Business level proficiency in English
• Strong project management and communication skills 
• Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The TA Team is looking for a recruitment professional to join our team who will focus on hiring and attracting top talent in the Indian market. This role is located in Mumbai.

Professional Development Opportunities:

• Oversee projects: Choose projects that include: Employer branding, Diversity & Inclusion, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, and more  
• Exposure and usage of state-of-the-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms  

You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics, including the following: 

• Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days 
• Pipeline Sourcing 
• LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate 
• Interview to offer ratio 
• Offer acceptance rate 

What You’ll Do:

• Own the candidate process from the initial interview to the offer stage
• Source, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and alternative search techniques 
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications 
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

What You Have: 

• 6-10 years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably with in-house or agency
• Demonstrated capacity for successfully working in a dynamic recruitment environment
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local job boards, such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) 
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
• APAC & Global Hiring Exposure: Strong preference for candidates with experience hiring across multiple APAC markets (China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, etc.); global recruiting experience is a significant plus.
• Multi-Level, Multi-Function Hiring: Responsible for hiring across all levels—from early-career roles to mid and senior positions—spanning functions including HR and Finance.

Your Role

This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across diverse functions and markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

A Day in Your New Role:  

• Own full-cycle recruitment for our Insights product, corporate/mid–senior level roles, including sourcing, direct candiate outreach, interviewing, and offer management
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across multiple different departments
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process
• Implement data-driven recruitment practices and track key metrics (time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes and share best practices across regions

Projects You Will Own

What You Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 
• 5+ years of in-house Talent Acquision experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting for mid–senior level Financial Services / Banking roles
• Agency experience would be a plus
• Strong project management and communication skills 
• Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
