Department/Location: 100% onsite position located at the Worcester, MA, Guidelight Clinic with opportunities to float to other sites!
Hours: 12p-4p x 2 days/week
Setting: PHP/IOP

Title: Licensed Therapist
Reports To: Executive Director
Role Type: Full Time
Department/Location: 100% onsite position located at the Worcester, MA, Guidelight Clinic.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:30a-8:30p
Setting: Evening IOP with both Adult & Adolescent population
Summary:
The Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Title: Education Facilitator
Reports to: Executive Director
Department/Location: Onsite
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary:
The Education Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting the educational needs of adolescents participating in our PHP and IOP programs. This position ensures that students continue to engage in their educational goals while receiving treatment for their behavioral and mental health challenges.
This is a Monday-Friday Part Time role with the hours of 12pm-3pm (approximately 15 hours/week)
