Job Description:  

The Security Officer is responsible for providing security to company employees, guests, and assets. Some of these responsibilities may include providing day-to-day support of access control, facility patrol and emergency management. Identifying, reporting and documenting incidents such as fire, theft, vandalism, safety violations, policy violations and illegal entry. Working closely with logistics in monitoring shipments against planned pick-ups and deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect forklifts and pallet jacks in charging stations for issues regarding batteries, tires, safety lights, oil leaks, and broken electrical components

• Respond to requests for maintenance and work orders in a timely manner

The Brand Ambassador’s role is to engage with current and potential customers in local market to bring our brand and story to life through in-store demos, field marketing events and guerrilla marketing. The Brand Ambassador is a real-life extension of our brand, the first point of contact with our consumer, and therefore performs a critical role for our company.

• Experience: 1-2 years of Brand Ambassador experience. Merchandising, beverage industry and/or bar/on-tap keg experience is a plus!

The Security Officer is responsible for providing security to company employees, guests, and assets. Requirements:   

· Experience: 1-2 years of Brand Ambassador experience. Merchandising, beverage industry and/or bar/on-tap keg experience is a plus!  

· Education: HS Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4-year degree preferred  

· Travel: Driver’s license strongly preferred. Must have reliable method of transportation to and from work location with required demo and event materials. Must be willing to travel up to 50-mile radius of city center.   

· Storage: Must be able to store and transport demo supplies at your residence.   

· Expenses: Ability to cover occasional expenses up front for reimbursement such as travel, supplies, shipping, parking, and taxi.  

· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. to aid with merchandising, demos, and event set-up.  

· Computer Skills: General technology proficiency required, experience using Promomash is a plus.   

Job Description:  

The Brand Ambassador’s role is to engage with current and potential customers in local market to bring our brand and story to life through in-store demos, field marketing events and guerrilla marketing. The Brand Ambassador shares passion for the brand and our Company’s history while educating and introducing thousands of new customers to the health benefits of kombucha and fermented foods. The Brand Ambassador is a real-life extension of our brand, the first point of contact with our consumer, and therefore performs a critical role for our company.   

Job Responsibilities:  

· Proactively engage with consumers during field marketing activities to tell the story of GT’s brand and products.  

· Merchandise, take inventory, and sample product at account demos, guerilla, and field marketing events.  

· Be an expert in the brand, including product information, new product innovation, culture, upcoming events and social campaigns.  

· Perform against key program KPIs, including but not limited to sales goals, conversion rates, and new consumer engagement.  

· Local market expert proactively sharing event and partnership opportunities for field marketing.  

· Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers.  

· Maintain positive attitude when representing GT’s brand and while working with team members.  

· Provide feedback and insight on new products and/or services.  

· Arrive on time and adhere to scheduled shift and demo procedures.  

· Check-in and out through reporting system at each event.  

· Attend Brand Ambassador team trainings.  

· Create and submit high quality, detailed recaps within 1-2 days following an event. Recaps to include precise counts of consumers sampled and % new consumers, with excellent photography

Job Description: 

At GT’s Living Foods, our Fill/Pack Mixers (I) ensure that every batch of Kombucha is handcrafted with the highest quality ingredients to make the product our consumers know and love. In addition to occasionally performing the responsibilities of a Fill/Pack Mixing Assistant in alignment with business needs, Fill/Pack Mixers (I) are responsible for understanding the formulaic composition of our products and incorporating all ingredients accordingly.

Essential Duties:

• Release and initiate production order, including keg materials, physically and systematically
• Utilize electrical panel to perform mixing of necessary ingredients
• Assemble and inspect components of mixing equipment to ensure equipment is ready for use
• Coordinate with other internal departments to confirm and communicate the production schedule to Fill/Pack Mixing Assistants
• Reference production schedule to create a list of necessary ingredients, and validate picking list prior to providing to Fill/Pack Mixing Assistants
• Manually and systematically verify that the ingredients and labels collected and consumed correspond with the production schedule, including variances
• Documentation of pH, Brix, color and taste of each batch
• Perform routine cleanings of mixing equipment
• Report any issues regarding equipment malfunction, system errors, and downtime to management
• Ensure cleanliness of work area to maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Duties and Requirements:

• Constant lifting and transportation of empty boxes to case packers
• Frequent transportation of 45 lb. containers of ingredients to be lifted (4 feet) and poured into mixing kettles
• Frequent and repetitive twisting/reaching motions to package finished product into boxes to be moved back onto the production line 
• Frequent lifting of boxes of clean bottles/finished product (up to 25 lbs.) to be unloaded and placed onto the production line/re-pack table
• Frequent and repetitive bending/twisting/lifting (4 feet) to palletize packaged boxes (up to 40 lbs.) • Occasional stacking of empty pallets (up to 70 lbs.) with a partner 
• Employees are required to stand for the majority of their work shift
• The noise level in this work environment is constantly above 84 dB and requires earplugs to be worn
