The Role 

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, safely operating, and ensuring basic maintenance of a variety of pieces of automated and semi-automated machinery to make high quality cannabis products. The Machine Operator is also responsible for ensuring that all products meet our standards (including product formulas, visual appearance, packaging, etc.), inspecting and ensuring equipment is ready to run, adjusting equipment to run at optimal speed while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

The Role

Role:

This Post Harvest Technician will be responsible for post harvest breaking down the dried cannabis plant into the required formats for processing or flower sales, which supports the post-cultivation activities. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Perform the physical post harvest breakdown of the cannabis plant; must be able to use dexterity, coordination, and precision to perform tasks that require manual manipulation to break down the plants.
• Ensure efficient post-harvest processes; shucking (removal of flower), sorting, trimming, and other activities.
• Ability to meet daily production metrics.
• Must maintain quality standards, follow visual work instructions, and support flower quality improvement initiatives.

As a Sr Production Technician, you will be responsible for producing cannabis products within our wide portfolio.  In this role you will use a variety of tools, equipment, and small machinery to produce and/or package cannabis products in accordance with our safety, quality and productivity guidelines.  In addition, as a Sr Production Technician, you will be responsible for training new employees as well as utilizing our seed to sale systems and other internal reporting systems to track our products and other KPI’s.

Role:

This Post Harvest Technician will be responsible for post harvest breaking down the dried cannabis plant into the required formats for processing or flower sales, which supports the post-cultivation activities. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Perform the physical post harvest breakdown of the cannabis plant; must be able to use dexterity, coordination, and precision to perform tasks that require manual manipulation to break down the plants.
• Ensure efficient post-harvest processes; shucking (removal of flower), sorting, trimming, and other activities.
• Ability to meet daily production metrics.
• Must maintain quality standards, follow visual work instructions, and support flower quality improvement initiatives.
• Organizes and maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Participates in the room set-up and break-down and contributes to the clean-up process of area and equipment.
