We’re launching our very first GoStudent learning centers in Barcelona— and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.

Location: Barcelona (on-site)

Contract:Regular— part-time (approx. 20h/week). Possibility to negotiate to full time or 30h/ week contract

Remuneration: Fixed monthly reimbursement plus a performance-based commission on revenues

Your Role in Our Mission

• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment
• Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services
• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results
• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors
• Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market

Your role on our mission:

• The perfect combination - you manage sales & customer success - from the first consultation to long-term support.
• Advise & convince - You advise parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions and find suitable tutors.
• Generating deals - You generate deals, get families excited about tutoring packages and successfully conclude contracts.
• Build customer relationships - You strengthen customer loyalty, manage your customer base and optimize the learning experience
• Upselling & referrals - You increase sales through upselling strategies and promote referrals in a targeted manner.

What will you bring:

• Native English language skills (C1/C2) - You communicate confidently with English-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering.
• Sales mindset & initiative - You love to convince people, actively expand your customer base and set yourself ambitious goals.
• Strong communication skills - you are persuasive, listen carefully, find solutions and manage to build trust.
• Experience in sales (2-3 years of experience) - Have you already had your first contact with sales or customer service? Perfect!
• Experience with CRM systems (an advantage) - If you have already worked with CRM tools, you are well prepared.

Compensation:

Earn up to €45,000 gross per year (base salary + commissions based on targets achieved) - and the best part? Your commissions are unlimited!

The base salary is between €23,000 and €28,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
